Cheers for Spilled Blood (1)

The giant worm looked up at me, It had stopped devouring the gurvirian beast, without appraising the gurviran beast prey I knew it was a tough opponent because I saw several deep bites, scratches, cuts, and burns on its body that it had inflicted. The poor gurvirian had a big sharp stone going through its chest. The bagworm had a cylinder-like body. Its skin was a mix of brown and red and it had uncountable thick-black furry legs under its gigantic body. Fresh blood-dripping scars could be seen all over its long body. Because of the awkward silence, I could hear the sound from the blood when it hit the ground. The face of the worm was the most disturbing out of everything. I had maybe adapted a little to this world, but there was never in a million years I would adapt to my appearance if I was that monster. It had only one big eye in the middle. The eye had a single pitch-black iris with no pupil to be seen. The creepiest thing was that I could see the eye looking at me scanning me from the top-to-down. Black blood dripped down from its eye and trilled down to the floor, and its eyelid was slightly covering it. The eyelid looked like to be coming from inside the top of the eye instead of over the eye. The eyelid itself was a little redder than the rest of the skin. There was a total of seven horns that were to be seen on its head. A thick black, foggy liquid was covering every single one of the horns except the longest one in the middle of its head but instead of the weird liquid surrounding it, It was completely black with a blue flame on the tip. There were also holes all over in its body, the holes looked pretty deep but it didn't seem like they were wounds. They were too deep for me to see if anything was inside. The mouth of the overgrown worms was round with small razor-sharp teeth on them, and they were all bloodstained. There were also pitch black holes on its face. One to the left of the eye, One under the mouth, and one on the forehead. I held up my daggers and just stood there. There was something with the worm that made me feel uneasy, It wasn't like Norox when he unleashed his pressure. But this was something near that, I didn't feel any invisible force weighing down on me but couldn't just put my finger around it. I knew immediately that this wasn't a beast I could handle I then on instinct opened up my system and said "invest all points into agility and defense, now!"I screamed. [Will you like to use 1000 on Agility and Durability, so you have some points left to buy an item from the shop?] "everything," I snapped. [Points have been invested in agility, Agility has increased by 200] [Agility is now: 380] [Points have been invested in durability, Durability has increased by 200] [Durability is now: 360] So every thousand converted to a category is worth a hundred I thought I hope its enough The giant worm still just stood there scanning me, it felt like it was seeing right through my soul. The ironic thing was that I was here only in the form of my soul or consciousness. Soon veins started to appear all around its eye and it started screeching. My head felt like it wanted to bust, I covered my ears with my palms as tightly as I could. I felt my vision start to blur the sound was too much for me. I then slapped myself to stay awake, It felt like the whole dungeon was shaking. Rocks fell from the walls. Small cracks appeared on the ground. I screamed my ears hurt so insanely much. The pain, I didn't know if I could ever miss it again. I fell on my knees I just stood there helplessly on my knees before this beast covering my ears. I then heard a voice in my head 'Life or Death, clearly life so fight don't just stand there on your knees. Death the thing no one likes. Pain and death what was the difference, I suddenly thought I got in position, despite the chaos. The sound was unbearable yet so bearable, I didn't know how I did it but I held up my daggers. I had noticed some small cracks on them when I had been fighting so many gurvirian's. An earth wall appeared in front of the beast, then the wall started to dissolve and turn into spiky needles. The needle shot towards me at high speed but I managed to jump up in the air before they touched me. I felt blood trill down long my cheek "tsk, I was excited to fight this monster just for leveling up sake," I thought icily. Soon the ground started shaking again, the shaking was more than the first time. The veins started to get thicker around the overgrown beast's eye. I was struggling to stand, but I knew if I gave up I was dead. I then jumped up to the dungeon roof and jumped back to a wall and then to the ground, and then to the roof again. I followed this order in the hope to increase my speed as I moved and to my surprise, it worked. I was going so fast that I myself was having a hard time keeping up with myself, but for some reason, I didn't get dizzy or tired by moving so recklessly. I soon charged towards the worm with my dagger's pointing towards it, a split second I thought that I could end this in one hit but then a thought hit me. This beast is AA-class if it was so easy to kill it then the gurvirian should have been able to do it too as the gurvirian is faster. I couldn't stop I was already charging towards it, I didn't have any power that let me turn back-time. Soon something came out of the holes of the beast. It was a long-straight whip-like but smooth tentacle that was attached to the body of the worm through the black holes. On the head of it, there was a black claw-like spike, and I didn't want to test out what it could do. It was now flying towards me "--r pressure!" the voice filled my head "what?" I thought."Air pressure! Now you still have time to do it with you're left hand before it reaches you." "Who the hell are you? And get the f*ck out of my head, don't distract me," I thought in an angry tone"Now!" The voice answered in an authoritative tone The only choice I had was to listen to the voice, so when the spike-tentacle was just around a half-meter away from me. I clenched my fist as tight as I could and then pulled back my arm. I focused all strength I had in my fist and then released and punched. Soon a big bang filled the whole place, and I got flung in the opposite direction, I could almost feel and see a giant shockwave from my punch. I felt my head and back bang towards a wall and sink into it, I gasped for air and coughed up blood over and over again. I had injured the beast with my punch too because half of the tentacle had been blown off and blood dripped down from what was remaining. The beast itself looked like to have taken damage itself too because I saw an around 13 diameter-sized crater on its back. And I recall that I heard it screech while I was in mid-air. The gigantic creature turned towards me and scanned me again. Soon another spike-like tentacle was on my way and it pierced right through my gut. It didn't pierce right through at once my stomach had hardened because of the increase of my durability. The needle then stopped trying to pierce went back and then came flying towards my gut with greater speed and force and this time it pierced right trough It felt as if it was sucking out my blood. I didn't have the energy to scream in agony nor even move my finger the only thing I could do was stare at the needle-tentacle in my body and gasp for air. My vision started to become darker and darker it felt like I wasn't part of time anymore. The tentacle moved and my face was flung down to the ground and I heard a crack. "Your skull and nose have clearly been partially broken, and your jaw is dislocated, and parts of your liver have been ripped out. And you have cuts and bruises and broken bones all over " I heard the voice say. I then felt the tentacle forcefully pull itself out, and another sharp pain was felt throughout my body. I felt my face that was now sunken in the ground being completely covered in its blood. "Let me take over. You will then survive" I heard the voice mention "N-no" I stuttered in my head". I was afraid of what the mysterious metallic voice said, but I couldn't quite understand the other things he said "Okay, I leave you in control," * ELAINE POV: What was that noise, I thought it was as if someone had opened the door. I quickly looked around the room to see if anyone was there. I got out of the bed and walked towards my room door, It was slightly opened "I'm sure I closed it before I went to sleep" I said under my breath I closed the door and was now walking towards the bed when I heard a small noise. I looked behind me "Hello, anyone there," I got no answer. I turned to the bed again and then quickly turned around to see a moving shadow. But before I could determine what it was it had already vanished away. I was now starting to feel scared, I quickly attempted to run to my wardrobe to pick up my wand but by the time I had gotten there and attempted to open the wardrobe, I felt a hand grab me by my right hand. I tried to scream but soon a palm covered my lips. I then heard someone whisper in my ear "If you are a good girl I wouldn't need to harm you in any way" I was scared but I knew I couldn't give up now, I focused and I felt the tingling and refreshing sensation circle through my body. I then focused wind in my hand and I shot it under me. The blast wasn't strong enough to damage the attacker, I had felt his presence and he was strong. The man was now walking towards me, the man was dressed in dark leather and wore and over it, he wore a red armor with three black spikes coming out of each the shoulders. They were also a palm-sized blue circle in the middle of the armor. And around that circle was an 'S' symbol in a form of a snake circling the blue circle. Over the 'S' symbol was a small diagonal pointing to the right. He was wearing beast gear, I guessed that it was around C-rank or B-rank but that was still good. Beast gear could increase someone's mana while in use and even increase the physical attributes. (Author: If this is confusing 'Elaine' means an 'S' Symbol shaped like a snake. The diagonal line she is talking about 'á' the small line over the a :) Peace) The man's face was covered with a white mask, from the top of the mask were two black lines coming down from the top to the eyehole's height. * I looked at the girl Elaine Lionheart, the girl I was about to kidnap. No guards have come over so the lesser's are doing good holding off the guards I thought amused, some of them might reach new levels one day. Maybe even surpass the 'five' I chuckled to myself, that's impossible. "What are you laughing at" the girl murmured. "Excuse me, what did you say," I said curiously, "I asked for what the hell you are laughing" the girl snapped "Oh, dear calm down a bit. It was just a thought of mine but you don't need to worry about that" I answered. I was now walking towards the girl's air barrier, I was tapped on the barrier and as expected a powerful wind sphere came flying from exact same place I tapped on. I then sidestepped and the sphere flew out harmlessly into the room, and before it could vanish I pointed my palm at the sphere and I absorbed the mana. "Hmm, interesting barrier there," I said "Are you okay dear, you look pale" I soon augmented my whole body in lightning and ran through the barrier and I was now inside the barrier with her, and in one fluid movement, I spun on my heel and flashed behind her and then through a swift-chop to her neck and the air barrier flickered before vanishing. I stopped the lady from falling on her knees and then on her face, I lifted her over my shoulder and grinned broadly to myself "mission accomplished"
