Chapter 1: The Rise of the Iron Wolf

Five years had passed. Kyle, now five years old, lived in an abandoned facility in a former war-torn city named "Lost City." He began to read, cook, and train by himself, slowly growing into a resilient child.

By the time he was 22, his body was muscular and his mind sharp in combat and strategy. He had become a strong man who stood before the Mecha-Wolf waiting for him.

"Father... here it is. Seventeen years ago, I promised to protect her. Now... it's time for us to act."

Kyle said in a low voice, as he climbed into the mech's cockpit. That was the start of his eight-month-long training. He continued to hone himself and his mech, until finally, a convoy from Trigia passed by, far from the city.

"Whoa, so this is what they call Lost City?" a young man named Andou exclaimed, his eyes wide as he looked at the city's ruins from the vehicle carrying their Mecha-Knights.

"Andou! Focus on your steering and stop being a coward!" a woman with short black hair and green eyes named Kiki snapped. Her imperial military uniform looked sharp.

"But senpai! Don't you know? This city is full of mysteries that can't be explained! They say reconnaissance drones from both Trigia and Tregear always disappear when they enter this city!" Andou spoke with a trembling voice.

Kiki scoffed. "What, are you a coward, Andou-kun?"

"Of course I'm scared! Besides... I heard a rumor that a haunted mech lives there! They call it the 'Grim Reaper!' Reports from the forces who saw it say there's no pilot inside the mech!" Andou continued his dramatic story, his voice rising an octave.

"Whoa! Terrifying... but whatever! I don't care, it's just a myth!" Kiki said in an indifferent tone.

"You two, stop it. Focus on the mission."

The firm voice came from a woman with white hair and red eyes in the back seat. "Yes, My Lady Emmy!" Andou and Kiki answered in unison.

Meanwhile, on the side of a hill, Kyle's Mecha-Wolf continued to watch them, silent and deadly, like a wolf stalking sheep.
