Aki vs Kanna

Wondering where he is, Aki tries to move his head but can't do it. With the limited vision he could see he looked around with his eyes. Huge walls on the left side, in front the lady in her grey garments and hat also trying to look around with her eyes. In the right corner of his eyes he catches a glimpse of Hikaru and Nefrim. Far ahead in front, in a room there was sitting a black figure with his creepy smile on a stone throne.

“Who's he?”

“Don't know –” said Aki as he focused his eyes towards the lady with her head facing her back. Aki almost screamed as he saw her. After holding back his scream he asked,

“Y….you head”

She turns back her head and answers

“Oh! Sorry young boy, I scared you.”

“No…..it's okay mam.” said Aki in his shaky voice.

The lady stared at her for some seconds the said,

“Young boy …..why don't you convince your friends and back off.”

“Are you saying that we should just get ourselves killed?”

“No…I will make a way for you and your friends to survive.”

“....what about other people's?”

“..I can't do anything for them.”

“Then I have to politely decline that offer, miss ah…..”

“Kanna”

“Miss Kanna… and I am Aki…”

“Aki boy i dont want to kill you but I have my circumstances so sorry.”

“....What cir—”

The black figure claps and the fight between Hikaru and Nefrim starts a loud blast. Kanna with no time to spare dashes towards Aki.She raises her hand , Aki thinks she uses hand combat. Aki lifted the ground blocking the attack.The ground wall divided into two by a clear cut, With some quick slashes the wall was cut into small pieces and fell down Showing that both hands of kanna were turned into a thin sheet of something like paper.

Aki shot some stone shards at her in panic. The shards ripped through her paper like hands.Aki looked at them with confusion, no blood dripping out or signs of muscle or bones.The teared paper hands were repairing itself. After a second they were fully recovered like it was not ripped apart to begin with.

"What type of powers do you have?” Aki blurted out.

“Do you really think I will tell you?” She spins around. The arms stretch to form whip-like blade arms that keep attacking one after another at Aki. Aki with a defensive barrier, backing off with each step he tries to find a way to escape these continuous lashing.

Aki melts the ground making it muddy, Kanna's feets stucks in it. Aki recedes.

‘Ahhhh…my dress got stained.” She sighs

Kanna bends her body backwards, it stretches and her hands touch the normal ground. She pulled the rest of her body out and stood back.

“Mam,are you paper or cloth?”

“Who knows?” She stretches her arms and tries to capture Aki.The further she stretches the thinner and plain the arm becomes. Aki attacks with air gusts and flies back with the recoil at the same time.

Kanna chases him walking on her thin paper like legs almost like she was floating in air. Aki touches the ground at the back of him with her wand as slowly as possible. From the ground water starts spinning around them, imprisoning them in a water tornado. The chase stops.

“Are you sure you want to do this?” asked Kanna

‘Yes..”

“Close combat is my strong point.”

“ Not when the paper is wet.”

"So you think I am paper huh?” Kanna’s hair stretches in the air.

“You are not telling me so I have to guess,...like you also didn't tell me about your circumstances.” Aki puts his wand in the water.

“Sigh ... .if that's your death wish then i will tell you ... .lets start!”

Kanna attacks with her hair. Aki took out the wand, and there was a water ball floating on top of it. Aki draws a circle with the water at the top of the wand. A water surface covers the area of the drawn circle.The hairs start to get pulled in by that water circle. Kanna uses all her strength to pull them back, Aki brings out the wand from the side of the circle and shoots a fire stone shard.

It hits Kanna and pushes her into the water tornado. Aki vanishes the water circle and lets go of her hairs. She swirls in the tornado, at some point she stretches her whole body and takes the form of the water tornado itself, after she stops spinning she takes back her original form. Dripping water off her body like some just pulled out wet clothes out of the water.

She looked around for aki. Nowhere to be found. Aki appears behind her and places her wand tip on her shadow.

‘Now shall we talk?”

“Where are your manners?”

Aki moved the tip of the wand to the right hand of the shadow and pressed it there. The right hand of Kanna blasted, the hand still intact. No sign of any injuries from the outside but blood flowed out through small openings. Kanna screamed in pain.The blood spilled everywhere on the ground, the dripping water was now slightly red.

‘I will not kill until I feel like I have to…so can we talk?”

Her lips which were clearly showing despair and relief at same time opened up,

“Me and my darling are under a deal with Nefrim, he saved my darling and in return for that he said he wanted my help to change the world. If i dont help him then as per the penalty my darling will be killed. We have seals engraved on our forearms.”

‘...i will not go into details any further but can't you just kill him?”

“ I did try it but he never let his guard down and he has his loyal dog Luke with him.”

‘What is nefrims ai–”

A sudden blast draws both of their eyes. Hikaru standing with a creepy smile, half torn clothes and bloody painting his unusual black body.

Kanna slashes a cut on the arms in which Aki was holding the wand. The wand lifts up from the shadow, kanna dashes back.

‘Sorry but I can't talk anymore. If I don't fight back he will kill my darling later when he finds out.”

She stretched her hand which was not looking sharp like a sword this time, they were more like a whip because of being wet. She slams the ground with one who hand of her shattering the ground into pieces,

“Let's continue!”

The whips were now heavier rather than sharper. Aki was constantly blocking them with defensive spells and counterattacking. No one was able to land a successful attack or got hit by one. The hands started to dry and turn into thin whip-like swords.

Then she suddenly stopped. Aki stared at her with cautions.With a silence in the air she smiled.

“Sorry young boy.”

Aki was confused. After a moment of analysis of his surroundings Aki discovered that Kanna’s hair was now short. Kanna saw him staring at her hair.

“So you noticed huh….” She raised her head, with only one eye on display and others hid behind the rim of the hat . She declared “...I will not kill you but you will not be able to stand ever again sorry its all for my darling.”

The hair rises from the ground and captures Aki in a Spherical cage, one strand of hair still attached to Kanna.

“...that will be painful……You sure love your husband too much mam.” spoke Aki as he was desperately trying to figure out how to escape from it.

“Its true, there is no one who loves someone as much as I love my darling.”

“ ….Nah, I know a siscon brother.”

“I would love to meet him someday…for now let me cut your limbs as painlessly as possible.”

She squeezes her hand. The hairs compacts, she looks away to not see the after actions.

:Thud:

After the hairs fully compacts she looks back at him.

Aki was completely fine. Not a single cut or anything, just a sorrowful look covering the face. With a wistful voice Aki said “ You are free now….you don't have to follow Nefrim’s orders.”

“What?”

“Nefrim is dead.”

“Stop joking young boy th–” she felt something on her fore arm. She pulls back the cloth and sees that the seal is gone. She looks around to find Nefrim.

“He….he is not here ... .is he really killed by ... .by?”

She asks Aki “Hey! Who killed him?”

“W…..why are you asking me?” Aki questioned back.
