Echoes of a Bullet

"A man is walking out of the pharmacy, carrying medicine in his bag, clutching it close to his chest. He continues walking into an alleyway and is almost home. Then BANG! He's shot in the head and dies instantly, still holding onto the medicine. The shooter smiles, checking him. "Got you, fucker! Hope you rot in hell!"

Then, he suddenly realizes he killed the wrong target after looking at the pictures of the real target on his phone. He checks the guy's phone, wondering why he was holding onto the medicine so tight. There are texts between the man and his sister, saying " Onii-chan (means big brother in Japanese), don't forget my medicine and our Anime night!"  The shooter panics, dropping the medicine, and runs away from the scene, but calls 911 from a payphone, explaining what happened, and then runs after the call. Takashi is in darkness until there's a soft voice asking if he can hear them. "Y-yes yes I can hear you" Takashi says confused
