Something Is Missing

“ Oh! Yuki mam. Are you going back home?”

Whenever my eyes are drawn towards the sky I can't help but recall that day.

It's been 2 months since that incident. The structure we were on crumbled and started falling. The people on the island were saved by the help of many mages who created a barrier on the whole island.

We managed to land safely on the ground with the help of Mahiru. No one was hurt in the academy because of the other teachers, sana and that dragon fighting with those monsters.

They let Kanna go because she was not willingly doing all that work and she never killed anyone. Luke’s body was not found, maybe it sinked in the depths of the sea with all that debris of the structure above the island.

Nefrim's body was also not found but Kanna’s seal disappearance proved that he was dead. The person who killed him is not known, no one remembers who was fighting him and everyone also forgets about how the dragon came there.

The dragon flew back after she desperately looked around the academy for some minutes.The children and the ladies who came here on the dragon were questioned about the person who saved them but none of them remembered anything.

Don't know why but in these two months whenever I enter the house it feels lonely.

My eyes always search for someone. In the kitchen looking for someone chopping the vegetables, in the living room on the sofa seeking for someone's smile.

When I climb up these stairs my legs always lead me to the door of a room in which no one lives but there were clothes of someone in that room. Sana and I both thought it was Aki because they were men's clothes but he denied.

Now when I think about it, Sana and Aki also feel these strange feelings

This room is the one I am talking about .It fills my heart with many types of emotions. Every night before going to bed I somehow end up here and every morning my legs unconsciously walk me here like it's their usual habitat to come and wake up someone in this room and eyes seek for someone sleeping on the bed.

Something is missing in my life. Or maybe it is better to say someone is missing in my life.

It's not the emptiness which was made after I wanted to obtain something and couldn't, rather it's the one which feels like it was made because something important from me was taken away.

:Thump:

This bed is soft.And the pillow…oh! The pillow!!

Here they are! The letters which Aki gave me. He found it in his pockets and both of them were addressed to me.

One of them asked for help with stuff like illegal slave trading. The kids and ladies who came on the dragon also said the same thing after some days.

We were sent as help in the Mixed race continent. Most of the monsters were slayed and the people with them were also captured. The people who were there before us said that the monsters started behaving normally some hours before we came like they were out of their hypnosis. We came to the conclusion that it was Luke who did it but we couldn't find the way he used to do it.

Same goes for Mahiru, she and all three of us forgot how she was able to keep up with sana in the sword fight with Nefrim.

The other thing that the letter asked was to heal a girl named Viola's eyes. I was shocked when the letter mentioned it, because no one other than Sana and Aki knew that I could heal that type of body disability.

When i called viola to heal her vision she said that someone told her that i can help her but she couldn't remember that person.

It looks like everyone present at the academy during that incident had lost some of their memories.

For this second letter it is written on it to read it when alone so i waited till things will settle down and somehow forgot about it.

Both of these letters sure are creepy though, they are written with blood.

Aree? Why are tears flowing out of my eyes?

It's a love letter or what. Why does my heart ache?

Ahh! The tears are ruining the letter.

There is no name of the sender on any of these.

……Dont know why but i want to keep this letter somewhere safe and close to my heart.

….Maybe…... .Maybe some day I will be able to find the one who wrote it.
