Snake and ladders

Five years later, after Tsangero's death.

Yushura was tired of his job, so he decided to take a break and go to the beach.

“Huh! I am tired of killing so many wraths. I don’t know why I always face intellectual wraths. Why can’t those wraths be dumb?” he whispered in his mind.

“But I am sure I must have killed all the wraths.”

He went to the beach and rested under the sun. His bangle was glowing, and suddenly a little boy came to him asking, “Nice bangle, where did you get it?”

He tried to fool the child, saying, “Huh! It’s a million-dollar bangle. Only rich people wear bangles like this.”

“Do rich people play with snakes and ladders?” the boy said, showing him the snakes and ladders board.

“Not today, brother, I am not in the mood,” Yushura said.

“Maybe you are afraid of losing. Never mind,” the boy said while going back.

Yushura said angrily, “What did you say? How dare you challenge me?” He snatched the board from the child’s hand and placed it on the sand.

“Where is the dice?” he asked.

The boy gave him the dice.

Yushura rolled the dice and threw it.

At the very next moment, he found himself inside a terrace-like setup. It was a long block divided into sections numbered 1, 2, 3, with ladders placed in some sections. When he looked up at the setup, he saw many such blocks and sections continuing up to section 100, just like snakes and ladders.
