Chapter 60:
STAR AWESOME
Back at the Sand Dunes, the golden palace shimmered under the blazing sun. The white floors gleamed as the long silk veils swayed in the wind ruffling through the wide windows.
The Sorceress's heels clicked against the floor as she walked into the throne room. She sat beside a man who looked similar to Torpedo, though his frame was slimmer and seemed younger.
“Joredo,” she said coldly, “go pack your stuff.”
He wore a golden crown and a robe filled with gems, sparkling in the light. His eyes shifted lazily toward her as she pointed at him. He leaned back, frowning. “I’m not your underling…” His voice cracked as she glared. “I mean—is that my boss Stanley’s order?”
“No,” she replied, narrowing her eyes. “Mine. Any problem?”
Joredo straightened instantly. “Of course not, ma’am!” He rose and rushed for the nearest door. “Where is Stanley, though?”
“On vacation with Aaron.”
As Joredo left, another figure entered. Rauf—the demon who altered Alexander’s species— he bowed slightly.
“Alexander contacted,” Rauf said.
The Sorceress raised a brow. “And the outcome?”
“Almost all of the Star Awesome members were killed. And in the end, they succeeded in getting rid of the 121-victim.”
Her voice softened. “What’s the leader’s opinion?”
“He is amazed. Satisfied in fact. He said letting you pick out the 121 was a nice idea.....and you even took the diary to Toby.”
She smirked faintly. “And what about 'The Guy'?”
Rauf chuckled darkly. “Glad. Said it was the easiest money he ever made.”
“Now,” she pressed, “did Dacoria arrive on time to watch the others suffer?”
Rauf nodded. “He was late, but he witnessed Toby. Sen had a breakdown, too.”
Her eyes gleamed. “Did Sen die?”
“No. But he’s paranoid. He’s lied his way through everything while working with us. We’ve blackmailed him enough.”
“And he hasn’t told anyone?”
“Of course not. Though aren’t you going to ask if the experiment was a success?”
She folded her arms. “So?”
“A success,” Rauf confirmed.
“Good. Tell everyone to retreat. We’re done here. We’ve found everything we needed.”
"I was actually curious, did you make Toby's life miserable?"
"Of course not....they did that on their own..they bullied, made assumptions, satisfied themselves all on their own.... I, knowing them, only took advantage."

Far away, Amanda stood amid the demons she had slain, her hair strands rippling in the air.
“Amanda, they’re backing off!” Carlos ran up, panting.
She looked around, realizing she hadn’t struck anyone for a while. “Yeah…”
From afar, the Power Taker Queen waved casually and pulled a lollipop out of her mouth. “They stopped guarding the Power Taker land’s gate! Come quick—we’re closing them soon!”
Amanda exhaled. “Great, I’ll head to Star Awesome—”
“Shouldn’t you stay?” Carlos narrowed his eyes. “We need to know why they suddenly retreated.” He didn't hide the fact that he wanted her to stay
Podestray approached calmly. “Let her go. She’s worried.
She smiled nervously. “Y-yes… I think this war was only a decoy to strike Star Awesome.”
Carlos and Podestray exchanged glances before chuckling. “Fine, worrywart. Go.”
Amanda knelt, drawing a sigil into the dirt. “My powers are working.” Her hands glowed, and in a blink, she vanished.
Carlos and Podestray returned to the others. Hiroto glanced at the spot she had stood, sighing. “Hopefully, they’re okay.”
Amanda appeared in Star Awesome’s garden—the green grass ruffled under the cool breeze, and the warm sun shone on her. She rushed into the lounge
“Hey, Amanda!” Yuzuru waved from the dining table. “Want to join us for lunch?”
Before she could answer, Toby rushed to her, wrapping her tightly in his arms.

This is Star Awesome. And I guess I’ll live here forever.
I’m Ren. I died in my old world and ended up here. It’s not perfect. A place filled with strange, degenerate people. Though there are people who are actually awesome.
I used to think being in an isekai meant starring in your own story. But I’m just another perspective on each one's story. This wasn't my story, but rather all of ours.
In the end, Dacoria brought everyone back. At first, there was bitterness, but they accepted it and kept going. Still, things have changed.
Sen and Yao’s plotting to bully Toby came to light. Amanda asked Sen to go to therapy, but he refused.
Nami wandered alone at night, lost. She believed she destroyed Sen, so she moved out.
Sen… he has no friends left. He doesn’t join us at the table. He pretends he doesn’t care, but I think he’s lonely.
Yuzuru openly hates Seen. Sen killed him, but Yuzuru's problem wasn't that—rather, it was Sen torturing Yuzuru for pushing Toby to commit suicide, when in reality it was Sen who killed Toby.
Toby is still alone. People ignore him, but the bullying stopped. Cero and Dacoria stay by his side. Amanda was devastated when she found out about the bullying, but Toby insists he has already gotten his revenge.
I’ve met more Star Awesome members—Nandru, whose face was used by the demon, and Hannu. Both are about 22. I also met KV and Dillan, though they left. Gyru showed up, too. Despite knowing what Sen did, he occasionally lingers around him.
Me? I’m happy enough. Riley’s fun to hang out with. Ayu’s like a little sister. Vivian’s… like that cousin you try to avoid.
Ren noticed a nervous blonde wandering the garden nervously. As soon as his bright green eyes met Rens, he rushed to him and clutched Rens' arm.
“D-dude, I’m lost.......I don’t know where this place is......That truck came charging at me… please, help me.”
He shook Ren's arm, Ren stared at him and let out a chuckle, extending his hand forward.
“I am Ren. Welcome to Star Awesome.”
