XX - The Epic Journey

"In the end, Fanghui received deliverance from Jesus! And that was our epic journey!" Shien sat with his five little children. "That was how I met your mom. It was a God given adventure through Cyanic Odyssey!"

Shien's five kids clapped with joy, holding plush birds. He and his wife, Mivangeline, looked at their two sons and three daughters.

"Amazing, Dad!"

"Wow! You and Mom met like that!"

"It could be a movie!"

Shien's beautiful wife, Mivangeline, kissed her husband as Isrina, a proud grandmother, made green tea for her five grandchildren. Mivangeline's joyful parents helped Isrina serve cakes along with the tea. Meanwhile, the chickadee parents, Naku and Kaku, led their many peeping fledglings to make their first flight from the blue birdhouse Shien and Isrina built.

Mivangeline smiled at her five children.

"I learned so much from your dad. God truly sent him to fulfill my calling. It was the Lord's way to awaken my communication skills. And it was thanks to that, I could bring the Gospel to your dad!"

"Your mother truly brought God's revival to our family," Isrina patted her grandchildren's little heads. "Hernamidos tormented our family for so long, and Thalamoid always wanted to hurt your dad. But God sent Mivangeline to help end our curses."

Mivangeline's parents smiled at their son-in-law.

"Shien, thank you for what God has done through you. Our daughter struggled with confidence for so long, and we were glad when she found the power of her voice. Mivangeline now preaches the love of Jesus like never before!"

Shien nodded to his in-laws.

"God used me to help Mivange, and she gave me the Gospel. And I was happy to help Fanghui find deliverance in Jesus. Let us pray before we dig into the tea and cakes! I'll tell some bird stories after!"

Shien, his wife, mother, in-laws, and five children bowed their heads in prayer.

"Thank you, Jesus, for the epic journey in Cyanic Odyssey. Thank you, God, for my beautiful wife, my loving mother, my in-laws, and my wonderful children. We give thanks to you, Father, for teaching us the new wine and showing us the power of your love. Hear us as we say altogether."

"Our Father, who art in Heaven. Hallowed by your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For yours is the kingdom, the power, and the glory, forever and ever. Amen!"
