Chapter 56:

Chapter 53 : chaos across the realms

Reincarnated as a mana delivery guy

West Geneva – Emberfield
The Fallen King’s agent, Dralok, a towering figure clad in obsidian armor with glowing red eyes, crept into Sunwhisper Manor. His voice was low, metallic. “The crystal must be ours. No one can stop me.”
The Sunwhisper siblings, Lady Rose and Elowen, intercepted him in the main hall. “You won’t leave here alive,” Elowen shouted, sparks of magic igniting along his sword.
Dralok swung a massive gauntleted hand, shattering furniture as he advanced. “Pathetic mortals! Step aside, or be crushed!”
Lady Rose ducked, weaving her own magic into the counterattack. “Andrea, now!” she called. The loyal maid Andrea triggered a hidden mechanism, slamming a series of reinforced doors and sending Dralok stumbling into a trap of magically reinforced crystal shards.
“You tricked me!” Dralok roared, swinging wildly. Elowen parried, and with a coordinated strike, the siblings shattered his armor and forced him to retreat.

North Geneva – Frost Field
In the frozen stronghold of the Azureveins, Veylor, a frost-wielding assassin with ice-encrusted blades, slipped through the gates with beasts by his side. His icy laughter cut through the wind. “Your healing power will be mine. Surrender it, and perhaps I’ll be merciful.”
The Azurevein family gathered, mana radiating from their hands. “We won’t let you harm a single soul,” declared Seraphina, the eldest, weaving a barrier of swirling snow and ice.
Veylor’s blades streaked through the air, sending deadly shards toward them. “You think your barriers will save you? How amusing! My beasts swallow them” He lunged while ice forming around his fists, freezing the ground beneath him.
The family countered with a volley of restorative and offensive spells, each member supporting the other, it's the first time it ever happened. Seraphina struck with a beam of concentrated mana, shattering his ice armor and his beasts, Veylor hissed in frustration, “This isn’t over! Your power will be mine eventually!” And, with a blinding flash of frost, he vanished, leaving the family battered but victorious.

East Geneva – Elandor
The council faced Maldrin, a shadow-wielder and master of illusions. His voice slithered through the chambers, “You were ready to sacrifice your own prince, my master doesn't really trust you anymore ”
Council members tried coordinated defense spells, but Maldrin warped the hall into a labyrinth of shifting shadows.
One by one, the council fell, their shouts echoing through the halls. “We… can’t—” stammered a member, only to be cut off by Maldrin’s dagger of condensed shadow energy.
He walked through the chamber slowly, each step leaving a blackened footprint. “East Geneva… broken before it even knew the war had begun,” he whispered, the council defeated, the kingdom in chaos.

South Geneva – Scar Haven
The fourth agent, Xylar, a lithe, silver-eyed figure cloaked in midnight silk, moved among the civilians, searching for an ancient memoir hidden deep within Scar Haven. His voice was soft but threatening. “Give me the memoir. You cannot hide it forever.”
The couriers, alerted by the commotion, charged him. “You picked the wrong people to threaten!” shouted Aldric, leading the defense.
Xylar twisted gracefully, evading attacks while firing bursts of concentrated mana. “Such stubbornness… I admire it,” he said, summoning spectral blades to strike.
The population joined, wielding improvised weapons, while couriers coordinated attacks. Aldric struck with a powerful Ember blast, sending Xylar stumbling. “You underestimate unity!” he yelled.
Finally, a coordinated strike by the couriers and civilians knocked Xylar off his feet. Breathing heavily, he spat to the side, glaring. “This isn’t over. I will return…” Then he vanished, leaving Scar Haven safe, the memoir intact.
