Afterword

Hello, dear reader.

This is the author, RadonHex. 

Thank you for reading my book. This was a massive undertaking, and would not exist without your support. 

I set out to write an adventure story, but as the realities of the situation kept making themselves known, it became more of a dark fantasy tale. Just like 'Gabriel', who wants to be a heroic Sir Galahad figure...Alas, he can only ever be Sir Lancelot, the Ill-Made Knight. 

The concept for this story was 'an RPG campaign with eight players', instead of a solo hero. Rest assured that the rest of the Eight are all making their own moves in the world...For better or for worse. 

I hope you enjoyed the story. With a little luck, we'll meet again in Volume Two.
