Data and Ice Cream Part 1

The kingdom of Aurora, one of the last kingdoms that exist on Tellus. It primarily functions as a trade city for many intersecting entities; corporations, nations, factions, kingdoms, and Atlas the leading developer in technology. The land is vast in abundance of resources and centralized with one of the biggest ports.

My name is Iria Aurora, I am the current queen, and matriarch for Aurora. Aurora has been rebuilt during my parent’s reign transforming it into the modernized civilization it is today. My parents wanted to ensure the kingdom’s relevance with its changing times and welcomed in experts from every field. Atlas was a corporation that my family partnered to help reshape Aurora, and in the process, they grew exponentially with the kingdom’s endorsements.

As Atlas developed new technology, Aurora became the first land to utilize it generating demand for other entities to come and trade in Aurora. With trade secure and resources in abundance through Aurora, Atlas began to tackle medical advancements on a global level. Soon to maintain its leading advancements Atlas needed to secure the top people in every field to expand its research and technology. To sustain acquiring the talent it required Atlas proposed a program to help recruit top candidates for its programs by offering it as a beneficial event that took place once a year. With Aurora endorsing the proposal by Atlas it did not take long to secure the program they created called the Rite.

The proposal of such a program that would allow everyone to participate from around the would require a large enough avenue to do so. No one dared to volunteer to assist in building the required facilities. Atlas looked to the build off the coastline of the kingdom on top a chain of islands. Concern for the people that lived on the islands the kingdom absorbed the people and placed them within the kingdom, providing for aide in jobs, financial transition and assurance to be a part of the kingdom of Aurora. As Atlas began construction on the large man-made island Juniper, Aurora inspected every environmental impact and process to ensure Atlas was under watch.

As the kingdom of Aurora policed Atlas on project Juniper, Atlas’s reach became more global as their medical teams tackled virus and pandemic outbreaks throughout the world. Established as a global organization, Atlas began its next projects in the atmosphere creating stations called Aeros-Platform1, Aeros-Platform2, and the floating plateau, Evo1. Both the Aeros-Platforms were recently completed five years ago and is being utilized to distribute support around the world as well as research facilities for their top researchers. The floating plateau Evo1 is the highest and the largest of the atmospheric stations under Atlas control.

Being the first of its kind to have the global reach it possesses, Atlas is the only global organization holds assets more than any form of government or corporate entity. Fear for Atlas’s rapid rise to power and influence, the United Federation has been established. Most of the United Federation is established by corporations and some governments. Other governments tend to stay in their lane and contribute to voting and passing new global laws to help regulate Atlas.

The other kingdom in existence is Ataraxia ruled by the bloodline Atarax. Like Aurora, Ataraxia enjoys being relevant but not overzealous in its growth and has also collaborated with Atlas in its earlier development before they became the global power they are today. Ataraxia as excelled in agricultural development and recently technology that supports atmosphere travel. With its current technological advancements for atmosphere travel, Ataraxia has tried to lay low in their dealings with Atlas.

Years ago, once Juniper was completed, Atlas began construction on the arena for the Rite, the Arck. The Arck was designed to be a catalog for Atlas primarily to gather information on the candidates participating in the Rite. The plans leaked and the United Federation passed a global law that the Arck database needed to be accessible to everyone to prevent Atlas from monopolizing the recruiting process. The leak of the plans for the Arck was not by accident.
