In the city of Dayton, Ohio. The city has often been ruled by all manners of gang violence, murder, homelessness, and crime. And at the pinnacle of it all reigns six Crime Families: The O’ Brian’s, The Turks, The Rollins, The Mansons, The O’Shannaseys, and The Mallorys. Each one of them often using their own brand of influence in order to shift the tides of conflict in each of their own favors, if not for themselves directly, then for each of their own families, as each one has their own way of grooming their own children into one day taking over their empires one day. Each of them revolving around entertainment industries, car company, Shopping Malls, Food Courts, and even the Racecar Industry, with just a few humanitarian projects for each of them on the slide. For Rick Manson, a Black 17 year old prodigy. His life was almost no exception, as he’s always been trained in the extreme in virtually every form of martial arts and education in order to excel greatly in all of his school studies, all of which he easily succeeds despite the intensive training. However, every so often, he would often finds himself indulging into his own personal pastime and hobby, inventing and scientific modifications and improving. However, not everything would be as tough as it is for him, as since the day he turned 8, he would always confide in his childhood friend, Kaitlin Rogers, who’d often tease him a bit about his lifestyle, but would still enjoy his company nonetheless, even slowly developing natural feelings of love for him. Ultimately, her constant teasing would end up evolving into a more erotic level as she constantly shows him her naked body every now and then for fun, but more recently, Kaitlin had developed a natural adoration and inspiration for the Super-heroes of the modern era, most notably The Avengers. However, her hero of choice of which she idolizes the most to extreme is the vigilante known as Daredevil, though none of these heroes ever visit their town at all. However, in a city that’s often consumed by crime, nothing is ever a peaceful as it is. As in one single day, Rick’s world would end up being rocked to the extreme as Kaitlin’s family would end up being a victim of an arranged mob hit by his very own family due to her baring witness to one of their secret operations. Although her and her family would barely survive the hit, with Kaitlin now stuck in a coma, Rick would easily suspect his Family’s involvement, as it was all done for his benefit of taking over their empire and the various medical facilities and companies that they have under their control. This would no doubt enrage Rick to no end. But before he would have a chance to truly engage his parents in terms of their operations and their way of running their own families, ultimately however, their own actions would come back to bite them in a big way, when both of Rick’s parents would end up being gunned down by The O’Shanneys as a means of payback for a business deal gone wrong from years past. Now, seemingly one of their own actions last few members left to run their empire, Rick can only wonder as to what he should do with the inheritance that he found himself being forced to acquire at the behest of his hired butler, Tom Carleton and his younger sister, Jamiqua. But then, a few weeks later, a massive set of ships sent by HYDRA and S.H.I.E.L.D consecutively literally ends up crashing onto the front yard of mansion. The pilots dead in both ships, Rick would end up moving the ships down to one of a few of his parents’ secret, yet abandoned underground storage facilities due to the discovery of one of the various weapons and tech that are stashed within: a Pym Particle gun. From there, things in the city would get further out of control when similar ships would end up crashing onto the streets of Dayton, delivering advanced weapons for each Crime Family on the scene each time, while the other dangerous street gangs would end up getting other left over weaponry from straggling HYRDA Ships in the process. This was all a result of an intense and insane aerial war between both factions from just a few weeks prior. From there, the crime wars and gang battles began to reach an all-time as their activities begin to escalate to a fever pitch with each crime family utilizing the weaponry for their own grand designs. Too bad for most of them, it wouldn’t exactly continue the way that it would, as Rick would end up witnessing a sudden visit from The Punisher, as he would end up bombarding many street gangs with an endless stream of Bullets and lasers, as he would use all of the stolen weaponry against them, leaving not one man left alive and standing. And, as if to make things even more intense for Rick to handle, The O’Brians and The Turks would end up hiring certain individuals to try and get an upper hand on one another in the form of the infamous mercenaries known as The Taskmaster and…………….of all people, DEADPOOL, just to eliminate the numbers and increase the arms counts just by a few numbers per each crime family factions, but none of their visits would do nothing to help with the city’s current situation. Realizing the state of the city’s situation and ironically taking inspiration from Kaitlin’s adoration of Superheroes, as well as The Punisher and Deadpool’s visits, and realizing that no other Big Time Superhero would ever do anything to help his city, Rick Manson decided to take a different path from his parents. Designing an unique and effective utility belt, creating various lethal and non-lethal armaments, inventing and designing an ultra-advanced smart-Cruise Lamborghini and creating an indestructible all black suit and trench coat and frightening Black Mask with multi-functional smart Google lenses, Rick decides to take on a new identity and a new alter-ego in order to fight crime and to protect the citizens of Dayton from the ever-escalating crime violence in the city. He would the dark, daunting, stoic, and heroic NIGHT-SHOT! A mysterious, yet brutal and effective vigilante who uses all of the methods of the various crime families against them and using his vast array of gadgets, weapons, and smart drones and robots in order to wage a literal one-man war against the criminal Denizens of the city. Sometimes announcing his intentions on various streaming channels at night and sometimes not, as the Night-Shot, Rick will do whatever he can to protect his city from evil, even though he knows that his actions will one day lead to the death of him one day!
