Chapter 27:

Chapter 26: A Noble Rampaging King

Star Evolution

It was a bit of a rough time getting up here, thought the black-haired hyena. She and that big metal man had to rough up at least one hundred drones before they ceased calling back up.

Seems like the higher ups got tired of bothering, as a slightly more sophisticated drone appeared, begging them to stop breaking their property. The two agreed as long as they did not send any more drones to hound them, they were here for their friends, not their business. Shrewdly, they agreed and told them simply to get lost after they found what they were looking for.

Those men that rule these corporations aren’t stupid, it seemed. They ran quickly, finding the last couple of prisoners, at least in I-ledgers, being sent slowly through that magic hole in space the Magician made. Some of them recognized Amelia and were mostly happy to see the lady again. It had been so long. When they finished that task, the three quickly crashed their way into Ivante.

There wasn’t much resistance since most of it had been cut down by those two little pretty girls she had her eyes on.

But the sight at the top was unbelievable. And terrifying. Was that the blacksmith’s head next to them? Who was that tall, red and black machine that looked vaguely similar to the Omni-Knight? So many questions started running through her mind, but the Omni-Knight merely gave the thirty-year-old prostitute a pat on the shoulder, then stepped forward. It was time.

Time to reunite with his brother.

It had been awhile. The two haven’t spoken for about a hundred years. Not that the Machine of Chaos has changed much at all nor would he ever. The two had different beliefs that sent them both towards the same destination.

“My brother. We meet again.”

“Yes we do, Great Knight of the stars. We were merely entertaining our guests, your young contractors. I was having a rather interesting conversation with them when one of their little pest-like friends decided to annoy me. The result of his impudence lies next to your feet.” The Omni-Knight sees the head of the former human being, surely one of the family members of these two.

He sighs in resignation. This death was inevitable.

The King of Chaos was a patient and at times, wise man, but also not one to be trifled with. Many other stupid mortals had died antagonising him or taunting him, not understanding the sheer depth of his resolve. Many more died in battle wanting to test their strength or more nobly sacrificed themselves to those mighty fists.

Not that the blood red chaos god only uses his mere fists. Like the Omni-Knight, he is trained in the way of the sword. He’ll only use it when getting serious in a battle. The great protector walks behind the two, observing their reactions.

Good. They are still focused. They can’t let down their guard, even if the man is merely having a long conversation with him. This chaotic being was a force to be reckoned with, it was unwise to get too emotional when staring him down. Glancing around, all the antagonists are here, it seems.

The Proctor merely enjoys silently watching this whole scene play out, as if it was a great game to her. And perhaps, there was some truth to that. They were all actors in a great play, really. The Chaos Knight, kneeling on one knee, looking at this scene of carnage. The woman is a bit impatient but containing that impatience. It was not time for her to act but to watch and to observe her foes. And, someone else was here. Watching in the shadows.

Someone Divi knew. But Omni-Knight would keep his mouth shut. It was not time to reveal to other chaos warrior was hiding yet. The seven-foot tall machine looks over his shoulder and the Sage merely shakes her head, agreeing with his internal sentiment, If the Magi was also subtly telling him no, then no it would be.

The star warriors will be shocked when they find out who else resides in the Chaos faction. But it doesn't matter right now.

Back to this moment.

“Brother. Are you going to test these two?”

“Surely. When they are ready. We got the whole day to ourselves. I’ve only been standing in this place since they infiltrated it about thirty minutes ago. And besides, if they don’t, they’ll have to face all those pretty women I call allies behind me, then. I don’t think they will be as gracious or kind as I am right now. Right, my chaos kin?”

“Hahaha! Kind? No, I would kill these fools one by one if you gave me the chance, Lord machine god. This Lord of Chaos merely waits patiently as you continue your regal conversation with ones that have a similar, noble stature as yourself.” A laugh emerges from the pale face. The Chaos Knight doesn’t say anything but merely smirks, confirming Omni-Knights feelings. Nam speaks up, a little confused by those words.

Regal? She thinks of not only him but us as regal or noble? But why? The mighty girl of speed thinks to herself, somewhat confused by those words.

“Can I ask a question, Ms. I like causing problems?”

“Sure. I am in a good mood. What do you seek, star candidate?”

“Why on earth do you think we are noble? We only merely seek to save our friends and defend the land against your nefarious deeds, which y'all are clearly planning. That whole announced attack on Stella was clear as day.” The smirk grows larger on that perfect, creepy face.

“Why, I merely call what I see. You, that Divine Hammer, your sister over. Noble beings. Ones that will surely lead your kind in battle against us, and frankly, the real threat. You all have the air of a monarch, though in different vibes. You two are more nobles in rags. That Builder is a queen who is denying her birthright. That Divine guardian fits that title. And Star Breaker is more of a shadow queen. And your ally, the Omni-Knight, is he not like a gentle war general? Despite your flaws, I would never say you all are rabble. Don’t think lowly of yourself, lady!”

Strange. Such accurate descriptions of all of them. But for once, Nameless can agree.

The teenager doesn't like this irritating maniacal bastard, but like the machine of Chaos, there is something deeper going on, compared to the Chaos Knight. Something that she and the others there can respect. Something intimidating but something also challenging them to improve.

“Guess you live up to your name too, ’Demon’. Thanks. Though I still don’t like you or this big metal guy in front of me. No matter.” It was inevitable.

They had different natures, after all. Of course, it would be hard to get along, at first, the great ancient dark-skinned Mage thought, silently observing their entire conversation. But eventually, later, they all needed to work together.

It was absolutely necessary. For now, these two sides would just have to fight it out. She was giving them time to train. But that Ouroboros?

How much time could they give that horror? Those people who worship that beast?

Their time until the true introduction with the cosmic threat would arrive sooner than they think.

Another smirk rolls on that spry face. Noticing this, the great red god machine talks to her.

“Ah. You have brought allies, worthy star warriors. The great Magician. And some person you two met recently. This one may seem like nothing at first, but there is a faint aura of something royal in her too. I sense a very beast-like aura in this one, impressive.”

“How did you-”

“Do what? Sense that you two met this hyena recently? It’s the energy around you two. I can feel like. Feel the flow, feel where it has gone, feel what it has touched, feel the history in it. You two need to practice, it seems.” A groan shoots right out of them but the Omni-Knight does not disagree. They are still a bit rough all over.

“Lord, you sound like you have met this crazy woman before! Do you know each other? He greeted you like he knew you, didn’t he, Ms. Magician?” Two stares target that face and the woman quickly sweats bullets.

God damn it, why couldn’t he keep that shit out of his mouth, the Sage groans. It would be difficult getting out of this predicament. Not only did they not completely trust her, these two had quite the insight. Eventually, they will figure out more things and also figure out how much the gods have been hiding from them. Too soon! She thought, scrambling for a way out of this unexpected flub. The two god machines laugh, chuckling at the rare error of the all knowing puppeteer.

“Oh, is there a problem? Didn’t tell them where you really came from? Don’t worry my comrades, this one is like that to everyone. Yes, even us machine gods, so feel free to tease her a little.”

“Agreed, brother. Had to get her, it’s been awhile since the last time we pulled a prank on the ancient Sage, hmm, Omni-Knight?” A small laugh is shared between the two. Then their moods return to neutral. The two narrow their eyes, seeing the connection here.

Seems like the Magician just didn’t know these two or meet them recently; damn woman is practically their boss. Those brown eyes dart around, desperate for a way out of this predicament. Amelia just bonks the magician on the head, making the lady wince in pain.

“I just met you but damn, at least give these two an answer. You’ve been their steward and guide for some time now, right? I don’t know what's going on naturally but a little truth is what they want. Any more dishonesty will just make them trust you less. Believe me I know. Someone being a street rat, or growing up as one. You’ve gotta place your trust in someone else a bit if you want them to trust you back.” That little nugget of wisdom smacks the oh-so wise magic master and makes her sigh. The hyena was correct.

Just a little, though. Not a lot. It was too early.

“Fine. Okay, I was lying when I met you two the first time we met! Damn, are you happy? I just wanted to meet and help and guide you too, you and the other star warriors, as well as those chaos ones, need help.” Stumbling on words, very unusual for this composed sage. She actually let something else slip!

“Help, huh? So sly admitting to helping our enemies! We just met some of those people over there too. God, what a slippery woman. But whatever, we both knew that you weren’t being honest. Pretending to learn all that ‘magic’ from random elders across the land. Blasphemous! You are practically the one who wrote the manual, from some of your descriptions. Thanks for being a little honest, Ms. Magician. We appreciate it.” Nam says, her sister nodding too.

Back to the matter at hand.

“About time ya’ll do he wants? Your conversation and curiosity can wait till you save our friends?” Amelia merely reminds them why they came here and they know. The Omni knight agrees.

“Questions can wait. I will stand aside and let my brother test you too.”

“Aside? You won’t help us?” The two seemed surprised by this reaction.

“No, I think it will be a good lesson for you two. I’ll intervene if he overdoes it. I am watching you brother. Watching patiently.” The slightly younger machine god cackles and nods.

Today was not the day for a proper battle. No, today was the day he merely did more of a test spar. To test the depths of that deep potential the two divine warriors possessed. The machine unfolds those massive steel arms and beckons them with his left to get closer to him.

Seeing no other alternative, Nam walks forward, unsheathing that long sword.

“Come forth and show me your strength, blazing warrior!” Without responding, the fight begins. Not holding back, or more of, not wanting to, Nameless quickly slashes deep into the god’s armored chest.

Only resulting in that blade bouncing off and nearly flying out of her hand.

“What the? Your body is harder than starsteel?!”

“That mere instrument made by humans would never be able to hurt me. Frankly, it is almost impressive you cut through the Divine Hammer, though, you were unconscious. Try again! It’s not if you haven’t learned anything recently, right?” Ki flows through that longsword and it thrusts straight and true, the girl aiming for the lower stomach now.

It collides and does not bounce, but it does not do any damage, either. Was it merely Ki or something else? No response is heard, as the two begin to dance. The red-haired girl now slashes furiously at the chaos machine, vaguely trying to figure out why that ki isn’t working.

After a couple more minutes, it dawns on the teenager. That man's spirit energy is simply that much more, much more dense. So even with a reinforced edge, it was like smashing into a double or triple reinforced steel barrier. Pointless unless you can cut more finely. This proved to be tricky.

Nam had just recently started pouring ki into her weapon but was not adept at it, yet. The Sister steps in front of her, kicking that arrogant king straight in the face. A mighty kick roars, breaking the sound barrier, nearly shattering the windows on the floor from the vibrations. But again, that man barely moves. Rather, Divine Flash had slightly bruised herself, instead, from connecting with that massive hard dome of his.

“I know you two can do better. Come on! Keep going, sisters chosen by the gods!” He laughs and cracks his knuckles. In response a flash can be seen.

Another red flash responds, with a powerful fist colliding with a ki empowered blue boot. Then another flash.

The two teleport, moving faster than Ameila can see, with minor sound waves being emitted every time they collide foot with fist or knee with knee. Even though the blue girl of speed has been getting bruised, this isn’t enough to damage her heavily..

It was clear the ancient Chaos machine was holding back for their benefit.

“Lucky for us. Why are you holding back, Lord of Chaos?”

“Why not? You two are not ready to take on my full strength, yet. But soon, you will be. I can feel it, mighty girl blessed by the wind and water. Show us more!” Those red eyes rejoice, happy to see them slowly learning from combat. While the two continue to move at inhuman speeds, Nam was merely focusing.

It was not enough merely to make a sharp edge. She needed to make something sharper, something that could cut through anything from a distance. Blue energy surrounds that petite body as the warrior focuses, unconsciously creating a new technique.

“Keep him busy a little longer sis! I can feel something pouring out of me.” A nod can be seen for a moment. The one blessed with wind flash moves again.

Flash.

Flash.

Flash, then another Flash. It looked like the flashes were speeding up, but so was the machine of Chaos. Dozens of collisions can be seen happening within seconds but only an ancient demon and an even older sage can properly see their bodies moving at supersonic speeds. The rest just see the after images of these two.

Two gods fighting each other. Amelia is astounded.

What an otherworldly marvel. The hyena was fast at jabbing and doing right hooks but this was beyond her feeble comprehension. The Magician sneaks over and slams her right arm on the back of this one, putting the distracted woman into a friendly hug.

“You like what you see? It is a spectacle, ain’t it?” A frown emerges on that beautiful face.

“Shouldn’t you be more concerned? Why are you so happy at these two fighting each other? They could seriously hurt each other or the others! What a strange woman.” The Magi chuckles, then gives a dark look to the queen of the underground ring.

“As if you hate this. In fact, you are enjoying every second of this, even though you can barely understand what you are saying. With practice, you too could overcome your mortal limits, Ms. Amelia. This battle will serve as inspiration for you in the future. Or do you deny your own primal instincts, fellow warrior?” And in a moment, that cheerful woman had cut through her like butter. Scary. Perhaps scarier than that knight or that machine sitting on the throne further away, eyeballing this fight with glee.

But the strange loon on her left side was not wrong. This made part of that battle worn hyena excited. Excited how much a person could improve. And those two sisters were so young, yet so powerful already.

Who knows how powerful they could get? How skilled they could become with practice and guidance? It was only a matter of time before they became living legends, the hyena wisely thought. A look of almost reverence appears on that face. And that was exactly what the ancient being, older than everyone else in this room, wanted this well-toned prostitute to do.

Learn by seeing, watching. Everyone gets inspiration from somewhere right? She thought and chuckled a little more. Seems like Nam is ready, finally. With her aura peaked, a powerful blue sword, made of spirit energy, has formed in her right hand.

“Now Flasie! Get out of the way!” A massive blue sword zooms straight past the speedy youth and it flies straight at the chaos king’s face.

In response, he charges a red chaotic energy in his left fist and punches the new technique, the two techniques canceling each other out. The impact does send him flying backwards quite a bit though, about ten feet.

“Oh, good, good! You made me have to actually react there, Nameless! Impressive. Now, together. I want you two to fight me a little longer. Indulge this old man.” The two sigh but relent. If the strange chaos god kept his promise, it was worth listening to him.

Besides, even if they did not like his methods, it was not as if he was not charismatic.

Truly a King that rode the path of chaos till the end of time.

“As you wish, King? Lord? What do we call you, anyway?” Nam asks sagely, curious how to address this chaos monarch.

“Just call me the Machine of Chaos. No need to call me lord; I am not your lord. I will be your opponent and teacher, really. In a way, similar to my brother, Omni-Knight. Think of us as opposites in nature. Opposites that have embraced each other.” A nod arises from the Omni knight, who was watching this battle quietly.

Sometimes, you have to learn by yourself. And the two girls were picking up on things, especially bits of his brother’s fighting style.

It was obviously raging and chaotic but it was also many other things. Reckless. The man never used his morphic barrier unless in a desperate situation. And frankly he did not need to. At full power, his skin and armor were almost as tough as the War god’s or that Librarian’s shields. When the chaos warriors grow stronger, that man’s defensive ability will grow massively, perhaps exceeding their defensive capability one day.

He has not been fighting fully but more so, honing their instincts. When Divine Flash kicks, he responds with a similar attack. When she dodges, he teleports. Then after she teleports behind him, the seasoned warrior was already ready with a counterattack.

Basically, he is teaching him the give and take flow of combat, without saying a single word. Nam is definitely also noticing this, as he watches the two continue to spar his brother.

When Nameless slashes, he dodges, then anticipates a move from that sister.

When the two attack from different sides of his body, at the same time, he swings both of his fists into straight punches, punching them right before they move their muscles, forcing them to retreat.

It is not easy to defeat the machine of Chaos without practice and preparation. And that is being instilled into their bodies. As he muses, these girls have been pushed backwards. They are breathing heavily.

Not tired but not at ease. This guy is pushing them to their limit even when he is holding back! As expected of someone who was equal to the Omni knight, a powerful foe.

Nameless and Divine Flash look at each other. Then, they both run towards the chaos machine. He prepares himself for a simultaneous attack but instead, the blue flash kicks the air, creating an energy crescent wave with her foot. Then Nam throws another spirit blade at the same time, increasing the strength of this combination attack. When the god sees this, he assumes a defensive stance, getting ready to block the attack.

Only to see the long sword, full of blue sword ki, get dropped in the air on top of his skull. Reflexively, the battle hardened warrior ducks, only to get grazed on the right shoulder by the combo spirit attack while also barely dodging that sword.

A small, small wound was left by those attacks, causing a small drop of golden blood to seep out.

Just a little.

Just enough to prove their worth. The man claps his hand, impressed by their coordination under pressure. The Machine of Chaos sits on the ground laughing.

“Good job! You managed to wound me, ever so slightly. I think that is enough to sate my blood-thirst for the day. Well done, you two.”

“I would be more enthusiastic if my friends weren’t behind those two assholes over there, you know. Ugh, you are a headache. But I can’t help but respect your strength, Mr. Chaos.” The two sigh in relief. Falling on their backs, they relax.

At least today ended not as terrible as they thought. Besides that dumbass getting himself killed, Nam thinks.

It was sad but inevitable. The Machine of Chaos snaps his fingers. The less amused Lord motions for the villagers to move away from them and they do. Free from their fear, they quickly surrounded the two girls and hugged them, grateful for this intervention.

This was a moment to be remembered. Granny is rolled over by Natan, both happy to see them after over a month.

“Words can’t express how I feel, Nam, Divi. I am sad about that idiot but we will mourn him later. You two have been through so much but have not been deterred, no, you are overcoming the trials laid before you. And clearly gotten some practice in, hmm, warrior of red?” The man picks up the long sword that her sister teleported with a new technique, object move. In a small radius, she can teleport any object that is one fifth of her size or less somewhere else, enabling that marveling wit of hers with ease. Nameless gazes at the blade. This battle had damaged it quite a bit; that steel god was too damn durable. Perhaps it was time for a better blade.

Maybe the Builder can forge one for her. For now, she sheathes it and rejoices in the touch of her family. Those little children are here too, now hugging those slightly bruised up knees and crying out of happiness.

Such a tender sight, Amelia thought. Nam motions her to come over.

“Amelia. You have proven your worth, really. I will start considering your feelings. Later. Now we have to get these all to safety soon. Hopefully our ride will be here soon.”

The Magician, Divine Flash, Omni knight, and Nam all nod, puzzling that hyena queen. They inform them of friends nearby, while being slightly vague about who or where they are.

For now. It is a surprise for all here.

The Omni-Knight walks over towards his brother and sits down next to him.

“Did that quench your doubts my brother, seems it did to me.”

“Indeed. They will be formidable in time, older brother. But I will allow this measure of peace. For the moment. Soon, you know. We will fight you star warriors again. And again. And again. For a while, anyway. Hopefully, these warriors will figure out they need to work together, eventually.“ Omni-Knight nods.

The star and chaos warriors. Opposed in nature. But united in their true cause.

One day, a true unity would happen, the both believed it. For the time being, they have to fight each other, simply because it was destined. They respect each other but confrontation was inevitable. With one last respectful look, the shining blue and black knights walk back towards their respective comrades, anticipating conflict. The king stands up, now looking regal again. After the villagers talked for a while, he motions towards the two sisters.

“You two did wonderful. But that is merely the start. The next time we meet, we will fight you all for real. This was merely my way to greet you. To show you a glimpse of the power of our path. Our two paths will cross again and we will see which is stronger. Don’t disappoint me, star warriors. The true path of chaos and order will intertwine soon enough.” With imposing words, the arrogant man stands, waiting for their response.

“You two should work more on your individual attributes. They are rough and unrefined; in time, you two will be able to fight me ‘properly’.”

“As you wish, Mr. Chaos. Our battle with you, and the proctor unit, has only begun. We will show you the resolve held in our hearts. One who walks the chaotic path of nature.” Nam boldly says loudly and determinedly.

No matter what happens, they will protect their friends and the people that live in the stars from this threat. Even if one of them had to die, so be it.

The only way to prepare to deal with these mighty beings was to become as mighty as them. Only time and experience will make them truly prepared, Nam and Divi thought. The Magician seems pleased by the experience and gives them a rub on their fore heads, for good luck.

“Anything you wanna say before we go go, Ms. Proctor unit, Ms. Chaos knight? I’m all ears!” After a chuckle, she only said a little.

“My lord, the Chaos machine, has said enough. What else should I say? ‘See you soon?’ We aren't friends! No, we are the people that will drive you to become better and stronger lest you wanna see all your friends die like that old man, hmm? I have nothing else to say to you or those other star warriors, for now. I am sure they will figure things out, you lot aren’t stupid, right?” And with that the fake Demon Lord cackles, pleased by this part of the plan unfolding pleasantly.

The stupid old man dying was a bonus, but it reminded those girls what was at stake.

Far more than the life of an old man dying.

The Chaos Knight grumbles, finally getting off her feet.

“I just want to fight Nam, that's all. The more I look at her, the more impatient I get. Leave me alone already, you double-sided Magician. Be gone from my sight.” Rather than angry, the woman wearing crimson armor seems depressed.

Threatening that sage outright was straight up suicide. Which only three other people in the room knew at this moment.

Ignorance was truly bliss, those star warriors do not know how cruel and terrifying the Magician really is. As she ponders the horror of that woman’s brain, they all can hear a sound. A massive ship has suddenly snuck up on all of them quickly, without warning.

The Dreadnought, the flagship of the Divine Hammer, that Underrealm god thinks. So this was their plan, to burst in and escape on that huge ship. Fitting since it takes over an hour to set up a magic circle and a portal shuffling that many people that quickly isn’t exactly, well, safe. Portals also start to fluctuate the more and more people go through them, despite how experienced the magic user is. Eventually they may slightly send people improperly if one is not careful.

That damned white haired bitch thought of everything, didn’t she? One of the windows is blasted open by a cannon blast and a metal walkway is latched onto the opening. Divi poops out the hangar, with Diana right behind her.

“We’re here! Took about half hour to deactivate those shields, fly through the planetary systems without getting blown to bits! Get your asses on this ship now, we are getting out here ASAP.” Not to argue, they all quickly get on the walkway and shuffle into the ship’s hangar. A tense and confused look appears on that face, as she stares down the Chaos warriors, who are letting them all leave in peace.

But why?

“Why, the look on your face says everything Creator of worlds! Oh, how delicious. A pleasure to meet you again, really.” That smirk makes the blonde android frown.

“There has to be some reason right? Why did you all just let us save our friends and now you're letting us escape? Nam informed me a little while ago right before we flew down from that moon, Lunace. So what gives?”

“It is simple, warrior brimming with potential. We wanted to introduce ourselves as well as test the strength of your little friends. I already tested you two, well, had to gauge the sisters! And they are performing admirably. I see you have been practicing a little since we last met, stranger!” It was quite clear to the ancient tester. The former star candidates have been teaching her how to hone her evolution energy, as well as refine her ki and combat abilities. It was a subtle change in that aura but a noticeable one. Soon.

Soon that woman will be able to fight them. In a couple of months, really. Terrifying potential. But that was how they were designed. For now, a little more friendly taunting.

“So that’s why! Oh and a little ant mouthed off the chaos king and was squashed.” The Builder looks at the machine of chaos who merely stares deep into her blue eyes.

An arrogant confident look. Fitting for a powerful machine.

With her training, it was easier to feel. Feel that man was not to be trifled with. No matter, today they would not fight. His aura was calm and relaxed, he had no wish to fight.

For now. Enough words. It was time to escape.

“Well. We will be ready for you. Mark my words, chaos demon!” And with that, the Lord quickly walks back onto the ship. The droids in the main deck retract the walkway and close the hangar; everyone else has already safely entered the large ship.

And a moment later, the ship turns, flying away from them.

Dust settles as they go out of view slowly. It will take a little time for them to reach orbit.

A figure steps out from behind one of the pillars on the 25th floor.

It is none other than the missing servant, Silis. Now wearing a mask and holding a red and green spear, the woman has joined the side of the Chaos. A mere conversation with the red demon of chaos convinced her. Convinced her to aid them in their journey.

“So, how do you feel, Silis? About your former friends?”

“I see they have grown a bit since that attack on Stella. Soon, they will rival you in not only power but technique and skill, Ms. Proctor Unit. And maybe eclipse you, Chaos King. The Divine Hammer has the most potential out of any in that group, technically. Nameless has the greatest ability and skill but that blonde woman has the most adaptability. I think she will be the most dangerous to deal with. Not that any of them are ‘lacking’ much. Even that new little hyena they found could become a threat. I see why the Omni-Knight has so much faith in his comrades.” Wearing jet back valkyrie armor, the woman stands next to the Machine of Chaos, observing the vessel flying away.

“Good observations. I am pleased with your progress, Silis of the shadows. Better and more grounded than that fool over there.” His displeasure again emerges, not thinking highly of the petulant Chaos knight. With force, they all have slowly been training this dolt, but that mind is getting in the way of real progress during their training.

No matter. They had to fight equally strong opponents to learn faster. That brown haired woman says nothing, still depressed after seeing a terrifying magic user. Meanwhile, the slightly damaged queen rubs that right shoulder of hers. Apparently, she was playing around a little too much earlier.

“You got bruised when you fought Star Breaker didn’t you? Come on, what were you doing?” The Machine of Chaos sighs, mildly disappointed in this one after noticing. Too soon for this kind of foolishness.

“It was only a scratch but it still stings to move. Damn, this will last for months. Can’t believe that last technique was that strong, despite being incomplete. Oh well, it is my fault. I will just have to manage.”

“Don’t be surprised if that becomes a problem in the near future. Oh well, you have dealt with worse, my friend.” The man shrugs then walks off. He will join them later, after they finish plans for their attack on Stella. Today was eventful enough.

Time to prepare for those noble girls. He would give them a sight to remember.
