Kaleidoscope
Reborn Nephilim : I alone am the End of Existence
Gabriel returns to his own body as Lucian's body falls unconscious. Gabriel struggles to get on his feet. Gabriel runs towards the armory to help his comrades sabotage the same.
Castle Armoury,
Shields, spears, Swords, Karla manipulates everything, giving both Ceraphilla and Aero a hard time. Ceraphilla envelops her fists with her forcefields. Karla with her transformed smaller body easily maneuvers the punches. Aero launches himself from every direction. Karla interrupts his attacks with her arsenal of weapons.
Gabriel reached the armoury. He sat on the sidelines observing the fight. Karla went hand to hand with Ceraphilla, while her weapons stalled Aero. Gabriel yelled out,"Aero!!!!! Come here a second, both of you."
Ceraphilla and Aero fall back to Gabriel. Ceraphilla creates a barrier. "What is it?" Aero asks hastily
Gabriel explained,"If you keep fighting like this, you will never defeat her even in a million years
Ceraphilla yelled annoyed,"Criticism is not helping at all! Suggest something or leave.."
Gabriel tapped on her head,"I would if you stop yelling and listen(Silence) Your attacks are pretty slow, she just moves out of the way. Aero, you just launch yourself in a straight line. Try to be more unpredictable. I haven't got all day, Gauge is up there fighting the gods know what. You guys figure it out, I'm rushing out to help him."
Ceraphilla yelled furiously,"You tapped on my head to give me useless information like that!!??"
"Calm down. It isn't entirely useless. Gabriel is like one of the top 10 geniuses in the universe. Don't take his words lightly."
Ceraphilla was dumbfounded. Aero thinks for a moment. He then whispers into her ears.
"Are you guys done? Are you gonna just stand there protecting yourself. Remember you have to defeat me to get your weapons back."
Karla yells. The forcefield dispelled as she was speaking. She smiles and remarks,"Finally! Ready for round 3?"
Aero charges straight at her at high speed. Karla responds with long spears arrowing towards him. Five long spears are about pierce through him───── clang They clash unto each other and fall to the ground. Karla's eyes search for Aero. Instantly as shadow falls upon her. She looks up to find Aero above her, about to smash her into the ground. She summons her shields─────Too late, Aero smashed her through the ground, cracking it open.
He then retreats back to a distance. Karla recovers from the slam. How? At that speed he shouldn't be able to change his trajectory. I am missing something.... She wondered. Aero doesn't waste a second. He jumps onto the wall, propels off it at a higher speed than before. Karla reacts quick and raises a wall of shield. He was faster this time! Whatever he did last time. it should be impos....Her eyes turn to the right, Aero's fist a few inches away from her.
Thudd A full on punch sent her flying────crashing into the wall. Inside the rubble, Karla still confused as ever, How can he change directions that fast, it should be impossible. I still feel like I am missing somethi...THE GIRL!! She quickly searches for Ceraphilla. She was still standing inside the barrier. Why hasn't she attacked? Karla grew suspicious.
She stood up and summoned back all her weapons. Aero jumped at her, knee forward. She raised all the shields, tries slam Aero between them. Just at the last moment, She notices Aero steps on something and launched himself over her. As her eyes followed through, She noticed a forcefield behind her, facing diagonally downwards. Aero places his foot on the forcefield. Jumps off it, delivering a roundhouse kick. Pushing her back.
Ahh so that is what is happening... The girl is creating platforms for the fast one to bend his trajectory. Aero came in with his next kick. As Ceraphilla created the shield platform, Karla aimed all her weapons at Ceraphilla Which means..... Ceraphilla cannot maintain two different types of forcefields at the same time. She can only replicate the ones of similar shape and size.
"Too bad. While you found a weakness, I too found one."
Said Aero, as he kicks straight to her face. He jumps off her face as Karla fell to the ground. Aero lands near Ceraphilla. He asks,"Are you okay, Cera?"
"It's Ceraphilla....yes I am okay. Thanks."
Aero announced,"It's time to finish this....you ready?"
Ceraphilla responds,"Yess. I have enough energy now( She breathes deeply and chanted)Guardian's spirit : House of mirrors."
As she creates hundreds of small forcefields across the Armoury. Karla clears her head and looks around. Her eyes widen, I cannot possibly fight against this.... Aero dashes at a lightning fast speed. He moves so fast, his after images appear everywhere. Karla's eyes couldn't keep up. Punch after punch was rained upon her body. Each punch followed the previous so quick, They felt as if she was punched at a high speed.
Aero thought to himself, These aren't like the rocks back in the arena, I don't have to worry about running out. Ceraphilla keeps shifting their positions making impossible to predict it...Both Ceraphilla and Aero shouted together,"Kaleidoscope!!!"
Karla is relentlessly pummeled from all directions. Her eyes grew heavy. She was about to pass out. All the levitating weapons start stammering. Ceraphilla remarked,"It's working! Just keep at it...."
Suddenly Karla regained her senses. Her voice echoed through the armoury,"Arsenal : Metal Cocoon!"
All the weapons around them rush towards Karla forcing Aero to retreat. All the weapons create a powerful shell around. Ceraphilla deactivated all her forcefield and approached the ball of metal. Shields made the sphere while swords spear poked out protecting it.
"Must be a last minute failsafe to prevent us from taking our weapons back. I don't think our powers are sufficient to break this shell open. Stay here I have a plan. Help me get up there."
With Ceraphilla's help, Aero manages to break through the roof. He searches for a tall building. He locked his eyes on one of the watchtowers of the fortress.
Without a second thought, he rushes up the vertical wall zwoooshh. At the very top of the tower, he spoke out,
"You better win Mordan Gauge. Free my people from these shackles..."
He jumps from the tall tower, and descends directly on the Cocoon. He fell like a meteor from the sky, fiery.
"Blazing starfall!!!"
He pierced through the indestructible shell, crushing Karla to the ground. Krrrr The impact spread throughout the armoury. The walls started trembling as the building itself collapsed. A piece of block, fell right above Aero's head. He was too weak to move.
Cerpahilla rushes towards and created a barrier around them,
"Gaurdian spirit : Respite."
She called out softly. She guarded both Aero and the weapons from destruction. Beneath their feet, Karla laid dead. The impact tore though her body...
