A dark Build of a new breed of Villain

Even though Ty Lee has truly helped the city of Chicago recover as Aurora Star Flash, deep within the criminal underbelly of the city, several remnants of Crime factions and organizations have begun to orchestrate their own moves for power using several projects and weapons from the fallen warships of both SHIELD and AIM and HYDRA Factions. And while most would make use of the various weapons stored within, one certain discarded project of AIM will end up one straggling gang member into SOMETHING ELSE Entirely!
