Thought of The Week #3 (Hasan Piker)

I usually do ToTW or RoTW the same day as AWT, but today is a little different because, well, as you see in the title, we are going to talk about Twitch's "king" himself, Hasan Piker.

Look, I don't typically talk about this topic often because it feels like a personal thing, but I just had to talk about it. I used to have a lot of pets, from fish to a cat and a dog. Some of them died, and I felt terrible because I hadn't treated them too well, as I didn't know much about them.

As time went by, my mom no longer allowed me to have a pet, but here is the thing! I learnt from my mistake. I learnt from a vet. I learnt from a pet owner. I even learnt from the internet how to treat them.

I did this so when the time I have responsibility over a pet or an animal, I'm ready.

I hope you're not confused about why I laid out the lore of my pet, because I want you to know, I cared about them a lot. If someone missed handling them, it felt like I was watching myself in the past, of how I mistreated them. That's how I saw how Hasan treated his own freaking dog.

No! I never have a shock collar on my dog or my cat. In fact, I let them roam free around my house. When they were misbehaving, I was only giving them the eyes. That was how I used to treat them.

Heck, I know sometimes I was a little too harsh when I didn't give them food as their punishment, but a shock collar/vibarator collar? Heck nah, man.

Even his tone when he told his dog to behave was such a menace, like, what the fuck was that dude? He treated her like a piece of shit.

What do you think about this?

I think Twitch should not just ban him, but remove him completely from their platform. He has been an attention-hungry guy who keeps on digging his own grave. Like, why? Why do you guys on Twitch treat him like a king?
