Chapter 2 Recess

Forty kids were gathered in a single room after the insane events which happen some start to panic about the next game the room's tension is filling as anxiety is through the roof "A 30 minute break is issued lunch will appear in your cyber link request for certain foods is available as the next game is recess"  Our cyber links opened as I told everyone in my squad to get more baby formula as well as food for themselves as they did the principal came walking in "The first two games were test for intelligence and for me to score the next games for you" The principal said the food which had been order like five minutes prior had already arrived "Please enjoy your last meal" he said as he walked off laughing a student ran at him trying to punch him but it phased right through him as he left. The supplies had arrived "Hara keep care of the baby and take the formula we ordered and keep onto it" I said "I got it Hiro help me save this baby when we get out of this hell hole help me and the baby please!" "Yeah I'll take care of both of you" I responded "That's all I need to hear now we need to stay away from these others we can only trust our group" Hara said Chiharu and Murakami heard this as they came over "We need a team to stick to as well save us!" Chiharu said Mitsuko knew Chiharu she seemed to be in her class she saw the bullying Chiharu would normally go through and everything about her past she witnessed she had her lunch taken at points of time and even her friend Sadako would join in the bullying I'm sure at some points even Shina was involved. "Let her join us" Mitsuko said "Are you sure?" Sagawa questioned her "This doesn't seem smart if we have too many in these death games we may lose one or two" Said Sagawa "Your right but we have different skills right Murakami?" Keijo said "Don't lump me in with you Keijo your popular you'd probably sell someone for a game" Murakami said. Keijo seemed offended "Please! Please stop!" Chiharu cried

"The next game recess is starting find your way to the 3rd floor classroom 3-B and the game will start momentarily" The announcer spoke. A huge beam of red went through the halls no one was out there but if anyone crossed those lines marking them outside during this game they would die. "For the first game Rock, Paper, and scissors this marks the first game of recess. There are five groups I will announce each group Group 1 consists of Hara Fukushima, Natsuki Hiro, Kana Mitsuko, Shina Amari, Tatsumi Haruno, Shinji Murakami, Keijo Takahashi, and Hinata Eto" Announcer speaks this was my group and sadly some of my friends were in other groups. "Second group will consist of Takeshi Sagawa, Chiharu Chiyo, Fuji Eto, June Doi, Hikki Harabayashi, Kotonowaka Higuchi, Yugo Yaguchi, and finally Kensuke Chihiro these were the two main squads as the rest were names of other students. A student from squad three would start off the battle the game goes there are four rounds and five squads win three rounds of rock paper scissor each for all members in the squad and they move on living first round of recess. 

The student was by the name of Goya Handa he told his squad that they should chose another team to target therefore they'd win they chose squad 2 Goya starts off the round with a helpless Chiharu "Let's go!" He shouted at her she was frightened "Rock paper Scissor shoot!" They said in unison Chiharu frightened and quivering she throughs out scissors he throws out rock "good keep it up puppy girl!" She is frightened still as she shakes like a lost puppy. "Rock paper scissors shoot!" She puts out rock this time and he put scissors she won resetting the games "Damn you girl" Goya says as he goes to punch her. She cries as Sagawa jumps in front of her taking the punch "Stop picking on the weak face me!" Sagawa says "No let me do this please! I have to beat someone anyway!" Says Chiharu "you sure this guys gonna be abusive" said Sagawa "I'll win!" She says as she starts the game "Rock paper Scissors! Shoot!" She says as she uses paper he uses rock She secures the first win she needs three in a row. "The next round rock paper scissors shoot!" She says She watches the way he changes his hand as she throws rock and he throws scissors.  the final round Handa says it this time as he is trying to revert the score "rock paper scissors, Shoot!" He says as he throws rock she throws paper and she wins. Goya looks down and suddenly a bullet is shot through him he falls back and blood sprays. "Also if you lose the rounds you will die!" the announcer announces.  I already had a plan for this the games don't have to be against the same person three times no it can change revolving victories around others doesn't kill them and can reset if they win against a person we can abuse this and everyone can live we just have to chose a squad to die. They wouldn't get around a selfish plan knowing they would have to die or they have a chance too so I can't just make it a speech and if I did that I would be a target my team would be the dead one. We can't let that happen I said I'd protect Hara and my friends they aren't dying today.

Chiharu was scared "I just-Just killed someone" She started crying as she was breaking down She collected a card it was the three of hearts she had inherited the heart suit. "Is this a curse for killing him?" She cried out. "Your safe" Sagawa let out his hand to pull her up. "Thank you Sagawa" She hugs him.  It was stupid but I wasn't gonna let my friends intentionally die I was gonna tell my plan "Listen up! We can succeed one by one through the rounds if we chose not to kill each other and we will do that by exchanging wins and losses we select a player to win two rounds against another and then that player beats a random player resetting there losses you hear? if we do this no one will get executed by the three law rule" A man from group five set out "If we do your plan one group will still die since there is only four rounds" "I didn't think that one through then the last round will be an winner takes it all then" I said The plan seemed to workout  Sagawa's team would be the first victors as they beat players from squad 3 and 4 alongside 5 forming an alliance with us. Then squad 4 and 5 advanced leaving the last round. It was squad 2 versus squad 3 they only had seven members meaning we only needed seven victories. "Stand back for this Hara" I said as we needed to clear the game I faced off against a timid member they held there fist shaking and I called "Shoot!" They threw a scissors and I threw a paper Fuck! They called "Shoot!" Paper they threw paper! I threw rock damn I'm in a pickle. "shoot!" I called I threw rock they threw rock We had one more round to decide "Rock! Paper! Scissors!, Shoot!" I screamed throwing paper as they threw rock. I was back in the run As the next round of it went I played scissors while they played paper and finally I executed them by doing rock and they did scissors. Six players remaining as Murakami and Keijo both won there rounds looking at each other and scoffing. Shina barely pulled off a win and same for Tatsumi. Hinata was a girl she was as timid as Chiharu if not worse she was related to a member in squad 2 who was her twin brother Fuji she freaked out but was able to win her battle and same for Mitsuko. "Round one of recess has ended 32 players are alive you may enter the next room!" The announcer says a door opens to class 3-D. As we walk in there the baby starts to cry "Could you hold him Natsuki?" Hara asks "yeah give him here" I cradle the baby in my arms as she prepares to feed him grabbing a bottle and letting him drink it. Hinata and Fuji walk up asking to join us it was absurd as the crowd was against me right now. They were shaking like puppies I allowed it as the next game was being announced. "The next game will be played in a couple minutes it will be The ultimate recess game someone in this game has obtained all the ace cards therefore the next game will up the aptitude this game is called King's court. Your allowed to skip this game with no punishments yet you will not learn the cards of your fellow participants there. "Hara sit this one out with the baby I'll figure out the cards and tell you!" I declared "Make sure to come back alive and unscathed!" Hara says a cyber link appears optional choice game King's court accept or decline she clicks decline as the cyber link shows a spectate button and timer for the game one hour and thirty minutes. We were told when we accepted to go down to the court yard we walked down there and everyone who participated was told there was going to be no death game in this game you will get to know my other participants.  I walked down needing to learn the cards people had then again whose one to say they will tell the truth. "Alright I'll say first my cards are all aces" Murakami said he was the first to speak in the game "I've collected cards from dead bodies I've even went back during the acid flood when everything eventually drained I've collected other cards as well" Murakami said as he looked at the person next to him Chiharu shakes as she announces her cards "I-I only have my card the 9 of spades I haven't collected any other" "Murakami what are you other cards specifically" I asked Murakami said " all four aces  an eight of hearts, 3 of hearts I picked up after Goya's death, and again whole bunch of random cards" "That's fine with me as long as your skills won't go overboard" I said. A couple of players were telling there cards as we heard of the king cards and queen cards the people of them were king of diamonds Shuya Watanabe and  Queen of hearts Akira Amaya those were the only people we knew of the others seemed to hide there cards. The courtyard was a playground yet the places looked deadly interacting with a item of the playground may force me to play a game I'd rather just stay away going near the carousel there was a game called wheel of death. Going near the playground another cyber link for the game of tag! seemed to play I didn't want to play but we may have to anyway therefore I read up on it this was an information round and I was gonna milk it for all I could. The next game I ran into was in front of the football field this place was spaced out like this  a football field on my right side a little area to eat lunch with a roof and top Infront of me it's were we spoke about cards then the carousel a small wheel next to the play ground behind me. This was the layout of the place. For now were safe with 20 minutes left of the talking game but next I'm sure it will be a circuit game where we must survive each one though the way they spoke about this I think I will survive no I'm sure.
