The LawLess Lands VII: Frost Lands

Trapped in eternal frost,

Life flourishes,

Southwest of the Thunder Kingdom sits the cold, snow-covered lands of the Frost Kingdom. The weather on Star is normal, it cycles through the different seasons as usual, but in Yvrial, Kingdom of Frost, it doesn't. It's always cold. But the people are used to it, over the generations, their resistance to the cold has grown to the point where they can be outside with barely any clothing. The cities use generators to make it warmer to allow foreigners to visit, and snow often falls within the cities, but it melts within a day or two. Very rarely does it pile up, unless the generators are turned off, which rarely happens. Thanks to the cold climate their special dish is warm noodles with an assortment of different vegetables and meats, but to the locals, the real specialty is a cup of shaved ice produced from a special cave north just on the outskirts of the kingdom, it can be eaten plain or topped with fruits and fruity syrups, its eaten year round but is most enjoyed when the cold weather lightens up during the summer season. The Old God of Frost rarely interacted with the people, like the Wind Kingdom, they had their rulers, separate from their god. When the Fell of Old started, the Old God sided with Vacthius, but unlike Adia, the Frost god never turned sides. He would fall in battle against Raijin after an attempt to bury his kingdom under snow and ice. Upon the death of the Old God of Frost, the climate in Yvrial changed drastically, winter was no longer permanent. After the war ended, the two kingdoms were able to fix a peace treaty, making them allies, and after the Moon Kingdom was destroyed, Yvrial expanded its borders and began building new homes to accommodate the newcomers who had been displaced during the war.
