The Beginning(Japan)

Our future hero,Roiyaru Ruku(11 years old) is waken up by his mother saying 'You're gonna be late for your first day of Middle School!" so he brushes his green hair,gets ready and dresses for the day and puts on his school uniform then looks at himself in the mirror pointing finger guns at himself.Roiyaru meets up with Ren Ginuchi(12 years old)(the wind blowing his yellowish brown hair) who has been waiting forever along with  his primara(A yellow fur blue striped tiger cub like Baby evolution stage Primara called Jet that has the Thunder Attribute)."At this rate*cough from his illness*we'll both be late and of course it is about to rain,let's go."said Ren then halfway,they hear an explosion so they go investigate where the explosion came from,it was fenced off area with a NO TRESPASSING sign.They hop the fence and hear somebody coming so they hide,the figure appears to be a man with dark green hair and purple strands at the end mumbling something about "I finished the job" to somebody on the phone before leaving.Ren and Roiyaru explore the area and find a Primdex(A popular device renowned all over the world for researching and keeping Data or Information) so Roiyaru checks and it works,there seems to be some information about an Organization called the Blood Clot then he hears rustling  in the bushes.

Roiyaru checks it out and finds a cyan wyvern like Baby Evolution Stage primara with icicle thorns that was hiding in the same manner as them and it seems to have the Ice Attribute.At first it hisses so Roiyaru gives it his lunch bento and it quickly warms up to him so he pets and names it Oji.After realising they're late for school,they run as fast as they can and arrive but still get tardy so they are punished but for some reason,everybody is talking about a student who is apparently the protégé of the Spanish Champion,who could it be?
