Chapter 1 : Before the Day! Part - 1

What do you normally do in the early morning? Mostly you might be an adult who wakes up early and goes to work... Or might be a model student who spends most of their morning focusing on studies... But for me.

A busy morning, vehicles honking like they are in a hurry, and they might be... In the middle of a city it was a normal sight for most of us... But for me... 

I was just a lazy person who slept at 3 am and woke up when I felt like... Well, I can't wake up most of the time... So my mom is the one who is waking me up and, yeah, it happened today too... 

My mom woke up screaming "Ruto!! Wake up!! Food is ready!!" What a good trick my mom did to wake up and, yeah, I did... Even though I was asleep till now, when I heard that my stomach felt like it needed to devour something.

So, yeah, I wake up after a few seconds of delay with my head feeling funny... And you might guess what I might ask first. 

"What dish?" I said in a sleepy tone. And after looking at my ugly morning face, my mom replied with some words which I couldn't hear clearly, but yeah, she said dal, which is one of my favorite. And also I think I might hear saying something like go brush my teeth... So, without thinking, I said, "Okay" and started heading to my destination.

I was still feeling sleepy. I applied a small amount of toothpaste on my toothbrush, which looked too old as I had used for many years thought I had used it only for 4 months... I think. After applying it. I looked at my face in the mirror which was in front... For real, I look half dead, my eyes half open, like I don't wanna see the sunlight. 

The morning, (10 am is still morning, right?) is quite peaceful. And I'm lost in the vast deep ocean which is like 300 km away from us. I could hear the washing machine annoying sound as it was like 2 metres away from me. Birds were chirrping like "chou chou" or "kaka kaka" dunno what kind of sounds they were making but maybe kind of peaceful to listen to... A plane was flying above too. I wanna also go fly on a plane too... 

Well, the moment I realized I was asleep, my mouth dripping with some solution of toothpaste, and I was most likely to fall if I didn't wake up... And who knows if I may fall. But it does not matter as I was not conscious at that time. After a second or two, I felt energy leave my body which made the toothbrush I was holding fall on the ground... Yeah, completely asleep, you can say.

Time passed, not a century, but maybe like 10 minutes... My mom came searching for me as I had not come back yet. She looked left and right, trying to find a missing person, and it didn't take her too long. She found me so easily, as if she knew before that I was asleep in the middle of brushing my teeth. 

My mom was shocked or might know that would happen. She came step by step closer to my sleeping body and placed her hands on my shoulder and took a deep sigh like it was my fault... My fault for sleeping in the washroom while brushing my teeth, might be... She shook me so hard that she was screaming, "Wake Up!!" And my eardrums felt it was going to explode for a second. Thought my face might still look dead with my dripping mouth.

Author note : Ahh, it take so much brain cells for me... No, not for writing it but as I'm so bad at grammer it take me more time. Well hope you like this chapter 1 part 1, I first plan to post it like whole but later I plan to divide in some small part... Cuz I'm making a manga too.
