MagicaTube, a mysterious new live streaming app that came out of nowhere. It didn't took long before people start to flock in and it became the next big thing. By using the Magic that was inside the app, content creators can stream under a disguise, known as a MagicaTuber.

And this was where did I met her.

The waiting room was slowly filling up and it would be a lie to say I'm not nervous, I'm terrified. While rehearsing for my debut, I was constantly stumbling over my words, forgetting what was I going to do or say, and somehow tripping over nothing. If I was a mess in practice, it was going to be a disaster in front of a live audience. I wish the confident and cool version of me was here instead.

With 10 minutes to go, there was no use in delaying the inevitable. I opened up the MagicaTube app and used the Magic to transform. A bright light engulfed me for a moment and once it faded, I became Arisu Lied.

Silver hair, heterochromia eyes, and a face that was different than mine. This wasn't my first time using Magic, but becoming Arisu Lied was still a weird feeling.

I used another Magic to change my room into a singing stage, props and stuff appeared out of nowhere, a floating camera and a floating chat box hovered near me.

"Alright, stream starting in 10, 9, 8..."

"...Ah, can you hear me?... Welcome to my debut. I'm a MagicaTuber trying to find some courage, ahahaha..."

The chatting section suddenly went quiet and the air was turning awkward. Forget about finding courage, find your blanket and hide under it instead.

My throat was becoming dry and the awkward smile that was plastered on my face was cramping up already. I got to do something before it becomes another disaster... But just then, I saw a comment.

> Feels like I seen her before...

"Remember why did I became a MagicaTuber." I took a deep breath and mentally turning on a switch inside of me, I forcefully push the nervousness aside.

"Let me start from the top. Welcome to tonight's stream, I'm the MagicaTuber lurking in the shadows, Arisu Lied..."

"...and remember, don't forget about me." With those ending words, the stream ended.

Once I sat down and turned off the Magic to return to my plain old self, the nervousness came back, hitting me like a truck.

I remembered introducing myself, talking about my skills and likes, and performing a cover of a popular song. But the past hour felt like a blur to me.

"Good job on the debut, here's a drink." My friend who was watching the stream on the side, passed me a drink to cool myself down.

"Thanks Mana-chan." I took the bottle of cold lemon tea and empty it instantly. I was more thristy than I thought.

"Ten thousands viewers, you are going to become viral for the next few days."

"T-ten... Ten Thousand!" My mind temporarily blanked out on hearing the numbers. The tea felt like it was coming back up but I held it back down.

"Mana, do you think she's watching?"

"Maybe, she probably noticed a copy of her is running around now."

"Yeah... I hope so..." She was the reason why I became the fake Alice.​
