Thought of The Week #5 (Minecraft)

I would like to put this topic on my RoTW chapter, but when I thought about it, it perfectly fits in ToTW than RoTW.

Let me explain.
I'm not really a huge fan of Minecraft. I played the game time to time, but I never finished the single-player mode until I defeated Ender Dragon.

It's such a shame because I want to finish it at least once, but I end up always delaying it with creativity playing. You know, like building and playing with redstone and such.

It didn't stop there! Whenever there is an update, there is this urge in my heart to come back and play it again...
But with a new save file. 😃

I know that sounds stupid. You might ask me, "Why would you use a new save file?"
To that, my answer is thus!
I want to start fresh with new, updated things already in my world. If you didn't know, Minecraft has generative seeds. Basically, when you already have a world on the old version, when you update the game, that world won't have any new stuff for god's knows how far land you have to walk. I would rather create a new world for that.

Yeah, I ended up torturing myself by creating a new world in each new version dropped. I already have six worlds that I have abandoned; it will be seven soon.

Is this FOMO? Should I at least play it before the next big update?
