Before a superhero

I saved someone one..

And in the process... 

Got stabbed several times 

Patrik wakes up to a man's voice 

"You saved her like some hero that night"

Patrik wonders in his mind since the bandages are blocking his vision  "doctor?"

Man continue,  "but who is going to save you now?

Patrik ask "how am I still alive 

Man replies,   "thanks to science kid, thanks to science. you were stabbed several times and even your head took a lot of damage .

So? What did your heroism give you? You are on your death bed and the girl you saved might get assualted again but who will save her now? And eventually she will die someday.you are still young, you could have lived and enjoyed your life more but what a waste, isn't it? Don't you regret it? Tell me, Don't you regret it Patrik?

Patrik with a smile "i can never regret saving someone"

You are righ, she will die someday and same goes for everyone "every soul will taste the death" nothing can escape it 

But i didn't save her so she could lve forever, i saved her so she doesn't die that night, i saved her because i was there, i saved her because i could 

Man impresse,"well, in the end you don't have any regret huh? 

Patri, actually... i do  

I didn't want to die before my parents and wanted to help more people 

Man,hat if I give you a chance ? A chance to become a real superhero.

Patri, you aren't a doctor, are you? 

Man giggles,"this is not a hospital either,"welcome to my experiment lab Patrik!"

Now take those bandages off and look what you have become 

Patrik confused,"what i have become?"

When he looks down at his hand, he gets terrified as his hand is looking sharp and black like of an insect's hand

Patrik scream,"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME?"

man with a smil,"before a hero..

Patrik gasp

Man continue while tilting his head,"..you need to become a human first"
