In the midst of a city-wide gang war rampage and Ty Lee still struggling to come to grips with her PTSD, she suddenly experiences a strange vision which leads to her coming out of her hideout in order to put a stop to the escalating gang war using yet another brand new technique. But will it be enough to take down all of the gangsters………….without killing a single one in the process?
