Chapter 6:

THE UNKNOWN SAVIOR

The Master of Heroes

Everyone in the town stared at the black-and-red armored guy who had just landed from the sky.
They didn’t know the truth.

That hero… that mysterious warrior… was actually me.
I was Hero Kemp.

The giant monster roared loudly, smashing buildings one after another. People were running, crying, hiding—completely helpless as the creature destroyed everything in its path.

The heroes on the battlefield were preparing themselves.

THE HERO LEADERS ARRIVE

Sir, we have to stop that monster first. He’s destroying everything!
Basant shouted with a serious voice.

This was Basant Sunar, one of my closest friends.
His superpower was amazing—energy creation. He could create powerful weapons, shields, and even creature soldiers made of pure energy. He trained every day in the gym and was one of the strongest heroes in the academy. Everyone respected him.

Beside him stood another leader.

But who is that guy? A hero or a villain?” Ayon asked, confused.

This was Ayon Ronghang—also a friend of mine, though sometimes he behaved more like a rival. His power was terrifying—he could absorb any superpower, any energy, any element… and then use it himself. That made him one of the most dangerous and powerful students.

Both of them stared at me—Hero Kemp—trying to guess whether I came to help or destroy.

Then a familiar voice spoke.

Wait. First, we must stop that monster. Do you understand, Ayon? Basant?

This was Sir Ram Thapa—our teacher.
A master magician.
A man who could use spells, seals, and ancient powers that normal humans couldn’t imagine.

He had always supported me.
He once told me:
“Buddhist, even if you have no superpower, your knowledge of technology is your greatest strength.”
His words still stayed in my heart.

THE MONSTER’S RAMPAGE

The giant monster roared again, smashing another tower with its claws. Cars exploded. People screamed.

Basant reacted immediately.

He lifted both hands, and bright blue energy circles formed around him.
Soldiers—materialize!

Dozens of steel soldiers appeared, glowing with blue lines of energy. They ran toward the monster like an army.

Ayon’s body crackled with lightning as he absorbed the electricity from nearby power lines.

Electric"
His whole body glowed golden blue.

Meanwhile, Sir Ram Thapa raised his wooden staff high.

Magical runes appeared in the air.
Purple chains of mystical light burst out and wrapped around the monster’s arms, legs, and body.

Monster—bound!
Sir Ram shouted.

The monster was trapped struggling, roaring angrily.

Now attack! Quickly!” Sir Ram commanded.

THE FIRST COUNTERATTACK

Ayon, go!” Basant shouted.

Ayon charged forward like a bolt of lightning.

Electric Blast!!
He slammed both hands into the monster’s chest.

ZZZZZTTTTTT—!!!

Electric energy exploded everywhere.

The monster screamed in pain—
“RAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!”

Ayon jumped back.

Basant, your turn!

Alright—Soldiers, attack!

The steel soldiers rushed in, climbing the monster’s body.
They stabbed it with their energy knives, cutting small wounds all over its skin.

The monster howled again.

I think it’s working!” Sir Ram said with relief.

But suddenly—

BOOOM!

The monster’s eyes turned bright red.

It became furious—too furious.

With one massive roar, it broke Sir Ram’s magical chains.

“NO—!!” Sir Ram gasped.

The monster then smashed the steel soldiers, breaking them into pieces.

Ayon and Basant stepped back in shock.

Oh no…” Ayon whispered.

He broke all of it…” Basant added.

The monster then turned toward Ayon…
and attacked.

Ayon jumped back quickly and landed on a safe platform. He barely escaped.

Then the monster opened its mouth.

Inside, bright light gathered.

No… that’s a high-level flame attack!” Sir Ram shouted.

The monster released a long, intense beam of fire straight ahead.

FFOOOOOOOOSHHHHH!!!

Buildings melted. Cars melted. The ground burned black.

Everyone stood frozen.

That monster is not normal…” Ayon said, fear in his voice.

What flames…” Basant whispered.

THE LEGEND ARRIVES

And then…

A voice echoed from the smoke.

“It’s my turn.”

Everyone turned.

Hero Kemp—
me—
walked forward calmly, flames reflecting off my armor.

My eyes glowed bright red through the helmet.

The monster roared at me.

I lifted my right arm, and my advanced armor scanned the creature’s fire attack.

Copy Flame Data—Complete.

I aimed my palm forward.

A compressed ball of red fire appeared, swirling with digital patterns.

Take this—Flame Burst!

I fired the attack straight at the monster.

BOOOOM!

The monster stumbled back, its chest burning. It was the first time in the entire battle the monster actually stopped destroying things.

Everyone stared.

Sir Ram took a step forward.

Who are you? A hero… or a villain?

Smoke swirled around me, and my glowing red eyes shined through the darkness.

I slowly lifted my head.

My name is Hero Kemp.

The wind blew.
Dust rose.
The battlefield went silent.

The unknown hero had arrived.

And the real battle was about to begin.
