Artemis:

Artemis collapses, wheezing.

Kert stands behind him, steady, flames gone, sergeant uniform revealed.

Kert (cold):

“You’ve reached your limit.”

Panel 3 — Corner Ground

Artemis drags himself forward, trembling.

Artemis (muttering):

“One… more…”

Panel 4 — Wide Ground

Artemis pushes up on one elbow, head bowed.

Kert watches silently.

Artemis (gurgling):

“D…EA…TH—!!!”

Two shadowy hands clamp over Artemis’s mouth. Blood leaks between the fingers.

Artemis (choked):

“A—S…T—!!”

Panel 2 — Wide Front

Two F-Class revolutionists rush in, soaked from the recent rain. Imgrad (Neighbor 6 second in command) behind, furious.

Revolutionist Leader:

“Artemis!”

“That’s enough!”

Panel 3 — Close Corner

Revolutionist Leader leans in, tense.

Revolutionist Leader:

“You’re putting all of us in danger!”

“You want our cover blown?!”

Bottom Split — Close Front

Yota squints at the revolutionists.

Yota:

“…wait— I’ve seen those guys before…”

Panel 2 — Mini Flashback (Wide Shot)

[F L A S H B A C K]

F-Class market street. A small crowd gathers around a group preaching loudly.

Yota stands off to the side, holding a grocery bag, mildly curious.

Revolution Group (shouting):

“This government doesn’t want us!”

Crowd (chanting back):

“We don’t care anymore!”

“Yeah!”

“We don’t want them either!”

Panel 3 — Close Wide Shot (Flashback)

The revolution group at the center:

— revolutionist leader at the front.

— Imgrad beside him.

— Artemis slightly behind, bitter expression.

Revolutionist leader:

“No—listen!”

“As we feared, this government isn’t satisfied with letting us to rot.”

“They’ve prepared something far more wicked!”

Yota tilts his head, listening just a little closer.

Yota snaps out of it, turning sharply toward battered Artemis.

Yota (hastily, thought):

“He was with them!”

A tree blooms—then instantly sheds every leaf in a violent cascade.

Panel 3 — Wide Front

A violent pulse slams through Yota’s head.

He clutches it, grimacing as the air distorts.

VOICE (inside Yota’s head):

“HURRY!”

“HURRY!!”

A wet, empty F-Class district.

The crooked gate sign hangs loosely.

Sign:

“DISTRICTS OF THE F CLASS”

“TRAIN STATION ↑”

Panel 2 — High Bird’s-Eye Shot

The evacuation train crawls forward as thousands of civilians swarm it.

Civilians (shouting):

“AHHH—!!”

“HURRY!! BEFORE THEY FIND—”

“OUT WE’RE LEAVING!!!”

Panel 3 — Wide Front, Interior Side Entrance

A desperate mob crams into the train doorway—pushing, shoving, lifting children.

Civilian:

“I’m not dying here!!”

Civilian:

“Watch it!!”

Mini Bleed — Behind the Crowd

Arthur leans on Neighbor 5 as they fight forward.

Neighbor 5 (straining):

“Move—out of the way!”

The crowd slams into Arthur and Neighbor 5, knocking them back.

Panel 2 — Wide Over-the-Back

They steady themselves, defeated, watching the train roll away.

Neighbor 5 (quiet):

“That… was the last train…”

The overloaded train pulls away.

Some civilians cling. Others fall. Others chase hopelessly.

Civilians:

“W–Wait—PLEASE!!”

Panel 4 — Close Three-Shot

A mother collapses in the mud with her two crying children.

Mother (crying):

“…please… not like this…”

Kids:

“Uu… uu… ngh…”

His impact detonates a shockwave so violent it flattens the entire station.

The evacuation train is ripped from the rails and hurled aside.

Panel 1 — Extreme Close

A blood-soaked hand dangles from the derailed train.

Blood drips onto shattered glass.

A 25-foot crater smolders.

The wrecked train lies among crushed trees.

Bodies scatter the path to the crater’s center.

PAGE 13 — COLLAPSED TRAIN STATION

Panel 1 — Front Shoulder Shot

Arthur lies in blood, panicked.

He clutches his ear.

Arthur:

“Ghh!!”

Panel 2 — Wide Ground

He twists left—revealing his arm gone from the elbow down.

Arthur (spike of panic):

“Norton—!!”

A limp body hangs behind him.

Panel 3 — Wide Over-the-Back

Arthur turns fully. His hand trembles.

Arthur (broken):

“…No…rt—”

Neighbor 5 is impaled through the neck, pinned lifelessly to the wall.

Daley walks alone down the train tracks.

Behind him: a massive smoking crater.

Both sides of the track are annihilated.

Daley speaks softly, coldly:

Daley:

“Running away…

Is that all this district can do…?”
