As promised, the sequel to J-1: Angel of Death! I loved writing this series, I love Jere, I love Ylfa (to the point that she's become my art mascot) and I love Eny. And boy am I gonna love the next generation that may or may not come in the following sequels. I already have a plan for J-3 and even J-4… stay tuned!

Some notes on Names and Pronunciation

The characters in this story and even the locations and objects have all had their names chosen specifically for them. Here is a list of the names, their pronunciation and the meaning behind each one, according to Google. I have adjusted the pronunciations of some names to better suit the character. In no particular order:

Jere (Jeh-reh) - Variant of the name ‘Jerome’, meaning “Scared Name”.

Ylfa (ILL-fah) - Literally “she-wolf”.

Cyneric (Sy-ner-ick) - “Kingly Ruler”.

Eny (Enn-ee) - Short for ‘Enid’, meaning “Soul” or “Life” or “Spirit”.

Chav (Chav) - Short for ‘Chavdar’, meaning “Leader” or “Dignitary”.

Effie (Eh-fee) - “to use words of good omen”.

Jaka (Jah-kah) - “Supplanter”.

Miko (Me-ko) - “Shrine Maiden”.

Yejide (Yeh-jee-day) - “Mother has returned”.
