A “ Talon-Ted “ Declaration

With Aurora Star-Flash as their new partner and enforcer, The Talons feel as though they’re unstoppable. Even going so far as to have her attend a meeting with most of the remaining Crime Families involved. It is during that meeting that they make this declaration to one day own all of Chicago with Aurora Star-Flash as their own stead and powerful enforcer. But the thing about having power of any sort is the fact it can end leading to some serious problems, even as they managed to acquire an immense high-tech weapons project that is a mix of Hydra and A.
