In honor of the twentieth anniversary of the end of the Chugoku War, I really hope the Americans bomb Kokura again lol. It’d be even better than Santa coming on Christmas

| Shell Kokura*. Bombing is what planes do

I asked people on the street in Seikyo on Armistice Day what they thought of the Chugoku War. Their responses were profound.

Come out and protest TODAY in front of the Satsuman embassy. Let their diplomats know we won’t stand for their fascist rhetoric and denial of real crimes committed during the Chugoku War.

Today I visited the Inari Shrine in Naka-ku, Hiroshima. It was near-destroyed twice in the past century: once under the regime of my grandfather, Shinkuro Takarada, and once by Satsuman armed forces during the invasion of Chugoku. Both times it has been rebuilt and restored—not only through the efforts of the metropolitan government, but with the contributions of dozens of local volunteers. Our history with our neighbors may be bitter, but we need not look further than our own history to find such regrettable things committed by our own government. As Japanese, we must commit ourselves to changing the present and shaping the future, rather than dwelling on the past.

Today marks twenty years since the Shanghai Accords were signed. I was a young Captain in the JPA at the time that this happened, and I remember feeling an immense relief upon hearing the news; the feeling of one, believing he is doomed to die, suddenly realizing that he will in fact, in spite of the odds, survive. Not just myself, but all of my men as well; we felt that this may truly be the last of the bloody wars waged on this archipelago, at least for a very long time.
Perhaps it was the euphoria this peace brought that blinded me, for a short while, to a very clear reality: there is a much greater war left to be waged, one for which the camps now prepare in darkness, but may very soon, God willing, be brought into the light.

A series of correspondences carried out by Hiromasa Ohtomo, the blogger and journalist who died under mysterious circumstances last month in Nara, just before he attended the Nara Idol Festival. Leaked to me by a reliable source.
I am not yet prepared to speak with the media on these discoveries, but my podcast next week should hopefully shed much light as I myself gather more information.

| | That’s not surprising lol, government agencies have always had their hands in their country’s music industries. Look at how much influence the CIA had in America

| | My guess was something to do with restoring the Tenno. That’d be pretty dangerous business all things considered
| | Nessun Dorma (@nessundroma) May 19, 2026, 6:12 PM
| |
| | I think there may actually be something way deeper behind this. In the interview video below, you can see C-chan joking with the interviewer about how she and F-chan are “onmyoji”. It seems like she’s just building up their characters, but the way F-chan gets all flustered and signals to C-chan to change the subject is definitely suspicious in context… Credit to a mutual of mine for finding this, btw

| | |
| | | Wait, you might be on to something dude. But also, “onmyoji”? I think I remember seeing a movie about them once, aren’t they basically just Japanese wizards? Nobody in the government actually believes in that stuff, right?
| | | | Nessun Dorma (@nessundroma) May 19, 2026, 7:45 PM
| | | |
| | | | Kind of. But onmyoji were also known for their divination techniques and exorcism ceremonies; they were more so based in Taoism than Shinto or Buddhism. Would it be that surprising if someone or some people in the government were extremely superstitious and called up some person still practicing the tradition for a ceremony?
But there’s also the fact that onmyoji were a staple of the Japanese government basically from the first historical Tenno up until WWII, which is what I was getting at more with my first post. Just my personal theory, but could it be that someone in the govn’t is trying to reinstate the onmyoji?
