Chapter 0:

Prologue

From Sunset to Dawn

As the shiny stars appeared in the darkening sky, the bright, white moon rose high above the Palace like a silver lantern. It shone as round as marbles, matching the majestic brilliance of the place. The silence of the night was broken only by the whispers of two men, their voices too soft to hear.

A gentle breeze drifted through the valley, carrying unspoken secrets, promises, fears, and desires — not meant for mortal ears. It bent the trees as if they were bowing to a greater force, while the shadows moved and stretched farther than they should. Old memories stirred in the dust.

And somewhere, far from the Palace's serene light, six distant points across the city began to pulse with a faint, eerie glow — as if shimmering from a distant past. Every little flare in someone's soul was a fragile fragment of longing. A name. A regret. A question. A wish.

None of them knew the others existed, yet none would exist without the others. A bond had been born between them long ago, but they made it real that night.

The moon knew; it watched like a silent guide.

Suddenly, a cold blue light shot up into the sky, erupting like thunder, stitching the six points together into a perfect hexagon. The night blazed as if it were daylight.

Countless moments passed before the light blurred and slowly faded. When it finally died away, the world fell into utter silence and the sky turned crow-black.

And in that darkness, six pairs of vivid eyes opened — glowing.
