A High-Speed Team-Up

Ever since her powers emerged and she began to test them out, Ty Lee has always suspected that there’s another who possesses all of the same abilities as her, but different. This would all come to fruition when she heads over to Kansas and finds another just like her in the form of a 11 year old high-speed powerhouse simply known as Star-Flash.
