A FLASHING Debut

One minute, all of the gangs are causing chaos all across the streets of the city of Tokyo, Japan. The next, all of them are instantly and quickly incapacitated by a powerful flashing spark of light the likes of which they’ve never seen before. The only thing that they can think of as they’re all falling into unconsciousness is this: What in the world WAS that Light?
