The following documents surround terrorist attacks by Neo-Luddite groups commonly referred to as “The Hungry Ghosts Incident.” The series of events, which took place over three days, from September 5 to September 8, occurred in the Saigon Autonomous Zone (aka SAZ, Saigon ZdI), an autonomous treaty port of the Holy Indochinese Empire (HICE). What began as an inter-religious protest transformed into a Neo-Luddite insurgency that fundamentally changed international politics in the South China Sea. The collection published here includes declassified briefings, memoranda, interviews, and digital testimonies. Given that the United States was not permitted in Saigon at the time, most accounts come from Japanese and local figures. This account primarily concerns those individuals and their electronic assets. Most notably:
● Interviewed account of Watanabe, Kente. Japanese national and Saito Corp employee● Post-mortem interview of Trung, Anh. Saigon national and Saito Corp employee
● Retrieved electronic interviews of “Missy” “E5 17-95.” Kente’s NEAT-Tech assistant
● Other procured electronics, interviews, and currently classified sources
