At that moment, Guruh was in front of Kitako, and with great speed, he activated the ropes from his wrists. With the ropes extending, he covered the mayor's mouth and locked his body.

Meanwhile, Hai, who was near the fence, immediately ran toward Guruh and Kitako. With the ropes dangling, he quickly shifted his sling bag from his back to in front of him. He quickly opened the bag and took out an object.
