After some time, Ignas woke up but in a split second he make contact with the mass eye and in front of it he was nothing but an ant.

“Brat you are awake?good my name is Shadow and you happen to be my chosen inheritor so brat what is your name?”In confusion he looks around and sees nothing the looks at the eye, then says his name with a shivering voice

“I-Ignas Lionhart…”

“i see…Ignas will you be my inheritor?no wait you do not actually have a choice cause this is the only way for you to save your fading life,I will give you my inheritance only if you promise to do me one little thing.”

“And…what is that?destroy the world?enslave humanity or what some type of revenge?”

“Uhh…no,no and maybe yes on revenge,but you only have to make the promise.”In confusion he looked at the eye and asked it what is was, Shadow did his best to explain to him about the himself and the past itself even so Ignas felt as if he was being scammed by Shadow but he later then made up his mind and accepted the inheritance of shadow,

“now….touch my eye brat…” interrupted by Ignas

“No why the eye[sighs then touches it]ugh what is happening to me ugh…”

“Oh you did interrupt me so best of lucky, you will inherit everything i learned in my life time which means six thousandth of knowledge including my mana and abilities whatsoever so…best of luck my successor. Shadow faded away as Ignas was enduring tremendous pain with his bone breaking and shrinking to unseen particles,his muscles tearing apart till there was none left,blood boiling till it all evaporate into thin air and finally his skin breaking down as if it was poured with skin dissolving acid…he was in agony and agony was doing quite well with it’s work.

Meanwhile on the hospital room, the shadows have darkened to welcome their new master and soon a large wave of mana gushed out of his body then he disappeared from site,as for the guards and the camera that was installed in that room happened to notice what has happened and now his whereabouts was unknown,due to this Thomas was enraged and he send out his people to search to the ends of the world to look for Ignas but not knowing that Ignas was no longer roaming the world but was being reborn.

“SEARCH AND SEARCH EVERYWHERE IN THIS WORLD I WANT HIM BACK YOU HEAR ME!!!”

a dispatch search and scout forces left to look for a none existent person and they were not allowed to come back until they found him, Thomas searched the room including the bed but he found nothing then left while throwing a tantrum

“where did that bastard go to?Damn it when they find him i will punish him severely so…how dare he run from me.” and with that he left the hospital not know that he was being tailed by the spy of the earth emperor.Ignas finds himself in the egg as his conscious slowly comes back to him as he realizes that he is an embryo and was about to become a fully fledged inborn then….

then the egg shell starts to crack as he popped out of it and as he did he could not see his limbs well that’s because he had none, he looked at his body and realized that he was a snake-like being,with him trying to understand the situation the system responded by saying he has inherited the will of the shadow azure dragon and with this he knew that he was no longer human but an azure dragon.

Knowing that the azure calendar was created after the great war among the azure emperors but no one actually knew who shadow was and so he was portrait as an enemy,an evil azure dragon…he was now that very being and it did not sit well with him at all but regardless he did inherit the very existence of the shadow emperor and knew that history was rewritten and it will be rewritten by him again….will he?

“yes….” and so in a split second he was covered in nothing but shadows around his body then it dissipated and he was once again human but with a different appearance, he looked as muscular as he was but with black hair which was so long that it can reach below his waist, golden eyes with long lashes, height of 220cm and black skin while gold blood flown in his veins.

He found out that the human form is almost identical to his predecessor’s human form and this was nothing but proof he probably had horns, then he patted his head but he had no horns but he did have a bunch of hair. He sees a portal that led to the living world then walks out and he was greeted by the morning sun then looks around not knowing where he was and without any exceptions he asked the system about his location

Penalty: ???Ignas then studied the information before he goes into the forest and walked a few meters then tries to use [Shadow creation] to make a sword and shield but after that he encounters a horde of goblins that were armored with swords covered in the blood of fallen warriors which made him shiver in fear,this is the first time he has seen and it will the first time he will be fighting a monster!

“D-damn it…hey help me out here!”

“yes just help me” they start to surround him as the bust out loud mockery laughs as they keep closing in towards him.

“huh? wait i have my predecessor’s fighting style so i can do this…” he then jumps towards the front swarm of goblins using the knowledge he received from the inheritance then managed to cut one goblin down and so with that the fight began,they rushed in ready to strike him down but he jumps up as he prepare a technique

[shadow technique downfall slash] then he turns the sword into a great sword which forcibly increased his downfall slash, as he strikes the ground he reforms the sword into another shield but with blades sticking out on the sides striking any goblin that was still alive and as the fight continued he received wounds but he was the one winning the battle of his life.

“damn goblins!die already[ breathing heavily]” then he lunges towards the remaining four goblins and cuts off the first one’s head,second was slammed with a shield allowing the blades to stab it to death,he turned one shield into a sword and struck the third in half and the fourth attempted to flee the scene but then receive a blow from a thrown sword.

“Finally…let me leave this place before the blood attracts more goblins or worse.”He find himself another terrible situation but this time it was not goblins but hobgoblins…four of them surrounding him but before he could even react to their advancement,they were already in his zone making him unable to strike or block any of the strikes but then without any sound…the hobgoblin’s heads and limbs fell down as blood gushed out like rain and poured onto him.

“W-what just happened?”

He discovers a lake and a cave which were both occupied by a great bear and a monstrous crocodile so he decides to use warp to go to the lake so he can bath away the blood on him and maybe fight the aquatic beast?

{nope i am not that crazy, lets just bath and get out of here.} Now that he was done he then proceeded with using warp to escape quicker,

He thumbs onto the ground as his body starts to get hotter,this was a feeling he could not forget regardless of how many wounds he has received since entering the forest. Bones broke down and renewed again,skin hardened,muscles torn apart then reshaped again, agony became his ally once more but now despair was here and it came to torment him more than before.

Time was non-existent again as he screamed on top of his lungs which attracted monster but thanks to [shadow’s guardian] he remained unharmed but the screams got louder and louder…finally he stopped,the pain was subsiding and he stood up shakily so and his nose is assaulted by the smell of blood,the blood of the monsters that were killed by the [shadow’s guardian]…
