System 1 - engraving

Weapons and items that hold deep connection with the users through long usage and talent for that item can slowly grow and be named by its user as to enforce a ‘Concept’ into the item increasing a it’s potential of that aspect to 120% or they can refuse to engrave a ‘Concept’ into it and it loses effectiveness going down to 50% but it gains the ‘Joker’ aspect deeply engraved into it where it becomes a jack of all trades only impacted by the users natural aptitude for that aspect and their creativity.
