Strange Behaviors

About a few hours before the Madison Sisters’ sudden unexpected trip, most of the teen sleuths are pretty much busy in regards to an upcoming important event in town, however, they begin to notice several hard working citizens behaving strangely. As every single officer, worker, and bystander seem to move in an odd geometrical patterns on scheduled hours on point, and some of them using high tech binoculars at the sky, as if they were all preparing for something important. But for The Talons, when they accidentally pick up a signal from a secretive frequency, they begin to realize that a certain organization as made a move. An organization that enrages them to absolutely NO END!
