Yeah, that show is never getting a second season. The story is so peak but the studio behind the anime butchered the pacing and skipped over half the important plot beats. The manga is still ongoing though but recently went on hiatus due to the mangaka Puribu’s health condition. Timing’s unfortunate with the story at its climax.
