Chapter 9 - Rinku 'Cupid's Prince'

After seeing the dried up blood on the floor,Yoshio fell to his knees on the ground,a million thoughts raced inside his mind.Was this really his mother's ? Is she dead ? He needed answers quick.

''WHOA..WHAT'S WRONG YOSHIO??''
''T-This..This blood...WHOSE IS IT??''
''This blood is old Yoshio,you can't possibly think it is your mother's''
''B-But the bartender,he said that he saw her years ago entering this building...THAT HAS TO BE HER BLOOD!!''

* Suddenly appearing out of the darkness,a wild Rinku appears *

''W-What?? Were you just standing there the whole time?''
''No''
''Then why does it look like your leg is about to give out?''
''Listen that is not why I am here.This is about your mother Yoshio!''
''What about her? Is this not her blood?''
''Sadly it is...''
''Oh...Then I guess she is dead then..''
''No..She is not dead''
''What do you mean?? Can you also not see the bloo-''
''Oh....I forgot your were blind''

(With a curious expression,Tomoki confronted Rinku)

''What are you not telling us Rinku?''
''Okay listen to me.It happened years ago,I was with a woman who I was in love with.Her name was Sabrina.She was my lover.We use to meet up here in this abandoned mansion where would would spend most of our days together until one faithful day...Guards from the Royal Capital invaded the mansion.They pushed me aside and targeted Sabrina (my lover),wanting to kidnap her.She kicked and screamed for help when all of a sudden a woman (from outside) overheard her and came to help.That was your mother Yoshio''

''Wait but how did you know that was Yoshio's mother?''
''I'm not done yet...''

''Anyway,She heard the screams of Sabrina and rushed in to help.She pushed and fought some of the guards and immediately grabbed Sabrina's hand,running away from them into the rooms.I followed them to try and help in anyway that I could.We hid in one of the rooms in the mansion.Once we were sure that we was safe,I thanked the kind lady for her help.She mentioned that she could not stand back and allow a girl to be harassed even if it was a higher power.She also mentioned that once she came to help,she caught a glimpse of me and that I reminded her of her son.''

''Really you??? But you are so handsome while Yoshio is so....him''

''She told me she had a son named Yoshio and that she was planning on returning home to be with him.She had never seen him in years and wanted to make up for it.All of a sudden,the royal guards found out where we were hiding and dragged both Sabrina and your mother to the living room.I tried to fight back but in the process,they slit my eyes,blinding me.Ever since that day,I have been waiting for you Yoshio,with your help I believe,all 3 of us can save your mother and Sabrina!''

''That's great and all Rinku but to be honest,both Tomoki and I have no leads as to where they are?''
''Lucky for you,I just so happen to know where they are"
''Really??''
''Indeed,they are in....Higher Palace''
''Higher Palace? What's that place?"
''Higher Palace is a restricted place,only the elite powers are allowed there.I'm not sure about the rest but from what I heard,there is a Governor and he runs this whole country.NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN HIM''
''So what does he want with my mother and your woman??''
''From what I gathered,he probably is making them work as slaves at Higher Palace''
''Then I know what we must do''
''You do?''
''We are headed to Higher Palace to beat that Governor's ass and free not only my mother and Sabrina but the other slaves as well.''
''THAT'S CRAZY,THERE'S NO WAY THE THREE OF US CAN FIGHT ALL OF THEM''
''We can work out the details later..Right now I need to know if you are in Rinku??''
''You said it yourself that you believed that all 3 of us can help them''

''It's not that I don't want to join you guys,believe me I do but breaking into Higher Palace,not even the 5 star bounty cowboys have done that''
''Who cares whether they did that or not,what matters is that you would stop at nothing to achieve your goals even if it involves death.It's a battle in your mind whether you want it or not,so let me ask you again...ARE YOU IN RINKU??''

''Welcome to the Western Rebels Rinku..Oh by the way,how come the Sheriff didn't do anything when Sabrina and my mother was getting kidnapped?''
''Yoshio..The Sheriff was in on it as well..''

[Hearing those words ignited something inside of Yoshio,he could not contain his rage and made it his mission that before he leaves this town...He was going to kill the Sheriff]

Yoshio,Tomoki and Rinku was going to attack the Sheriff first thing after the sun had risen.They snuck out of the mansion and immediately started taking out all the deputies one by one.As time passed,there were less deputies roaming around the town.The sun had risen,the birds chirping,there was a slight breeze in the town and in front of the main hall stood the Western Rebels.
