A Special Documented Delivery

Steve has just been handed down a special document which contains possible locations of new activities and operations involving drug smuggling, weapons distributions, and slave trading. All of which are done in secretive, non-observable locations. He’s told to simply wait on a bench and to deliver the document himself to the FBI Agent who’s a representative in regards to a new joint operation with the Chicago PD in an effort to combine their resources and shut down the operations altogether. He’s given instructions via text on his smartphone in order to do. But, before he’s giving some details as to what the agent looks like in terms of his appearance, a mysterious figure walks up to him silently amidst the foggy atmosphere in the local park in which he’s sitting in. After checking his surroundings, he hands over the document to him after he and the figure confirm each other’s call signs, and he leaves with a wide smile in his face. However, little does Steve realize that the person that he handed the document to wasn’t the agent in question, but is someone WAY worse……………..at least to the criminal underworld, in the form of Frank Castle, A. K. A, THE PUNISHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
