Sutter's Mill Arc

[The celebrations ended and the Western Rebels already packed their supplies for their next adventure.With Rinku apart of their team,all of them had one main goal...DESTROY HIGHER PALACE]

After leaving Snakecliff,Rinku grows curious on why Tomoki has a sword and not a gun like all the other cowboys.

''To be honest,I'm not sure where I found my sword but all I know is that I absolutely suck at using a gun''
''Really?? Are you sure you have no memory of finding it?''
"Nope.Not a thing,I only remember being abandoned in a cave and my mind goes blur after that''
''You got to be kidding me,Yoshio you really believe all of this?''
''Not now Rinku,I'm trying to think here!''
''Is it the way to Higher Palace?''
''No! I'm trying to figure out why are we called cowboys when we look nothing like a cow"
''Yoshio...You and Tomoki are the ones that look like cows.I however do not''
''You probably just saw your ugly ass in the mirror and blinded yourself''
"At least I can use a gun and not some sharp stick to kill my enemies''
''The blade of light can slice any bullet you shoot at me!!''
''I'll remember that when I enter a slicing bullet contest"
''Yoshio!! Can't we just leave his sorry ass behind!!''

They argued for many many many many...many...many....So eventually they were low on food supplies and stopped by a small farm on the way.The farm was pretty much normal.It had animals,a barn,planted vegetables and crop circles...Wait crop circles??
While the rest of the Western Rebels picked out the fruits and vegetables,Yoshio felt something odd while exploring.Directly in front of him was a cornfield but something seemed strange.When walking through the field he noticed that certain parts had trails and crops were not growing.Thinking maybe the farmer had planted the crops this way because it grew better,he shrugged it off.Before the Western Rebels could leave the farm,Yoshio questioned the farmer as to why she planted her cornfield in an odd shape.The old farmer didn't know what Yoshio meant and told him that the heat was affecting his brain.Yoshio agreed with her and the Western Rebels were off.While leaving the farm we look at the cornfield from an aerial view and noticed that the cornfield is in the shape of an O...

[Nightfall began to approach and the Western Rebels needed to rest]

Tomoki : ''Yoshio..I think we have to find a nearby town to spend the night in.We can't sleep out in the open tonight.I hear these parts are very common to wolves and bear attacks''

Yoshio : ''Can't argue with that,looks like we have to spend the night somewhere but there is hardly any towns here plus the sun is almost down''

Tomoki : "Wait Yoshio!! Just a few miles north from here there is a sleepy town called Sutter's Mill''

Yoshio : ''Sutter's Mill? Anybody knows anything about that town?"

Rinku : ''I heard that it's famous for finding gold nuggets there and has a water-powered sawmill''

Yoshio: "What's a sawmill?''

Tomoki: ''It is a machine that uses a waterwheel to grind or hammer rocks and other materials''

*Yoshio looks at Tomoki while Rinku looks off in the other direction*

Yoshio and Rinku: ''How do you know that??''

Tomoki: "I really like waterwheels...''

After traveling for a while.The gang had finally arrived at Sutter's Mill.

[WELCOME TO SUTTER'S MILL]

The town that was famous for the discovery of gold in 1848,James Wilson Marshall,a carpenter,found flakes of gold while constructing the mill however word got out of his discovery triggering the California Gold Rush.This caused a vast number of immigrants to arrive at the town.The town seemed peaceful,it had a huge waterwheel,a water-powered sawmill,a river where gold flakes were discovered and a few houses.The town folks welcomed the Western Rebels to Sutter's Mill.They did many activities with the the town's people such as finding gold flakes,playing in the river and fishing.They invited the Western Rebels in the town hall and treated them to dinner.After having dinner,Yoshio paid for a house to spend the night.He also went to a cartographer and purchased a map of the whole country.He then gathered Tomoki and Rinku in the house and there they discussed their plan.

Yoshio : ''Okay guys,for some reason I am unable to find Higher palace on the map.If I had to guess I would say they don't want anybody to know where their location is''

The map was filled with multiple towns such as Snakecliff,Lightrise,the Westwind and Red Sun Valley however the map was burnt at the right top corner.

''I asked the cartographer about this but he had no clue.He mentioned that all maps where given like that and not just to him but to every town.''

Tomoki: ''So our main goal is to find a map which has Higher Palace on it?''

Rinku:''Not quite...You see..You can't find Higher Palace on any map due to the higher ups hiding their location.They must not want us finding about them so they can rule the country without anybody knowing where they are''

Tomoki: ''So how do we find them?''

Yoshio: ''From what I gathered,there are only a few people who know the where abouts of Higher Palace.The problem is finding them...However when I spoke to the cartographer,he said that there is someone in the Westwind who knows how to get there.So all we do is go to the Westwind and find him or her''

Rinku: ''Okay so what do they look like?''

Yoshio: ''That...I forgot to ask the cartographer that.....''

Rinku: ''YOU DUMBASS!!! HOW COULD YOU FORGET SOMETHING SO IMPORTANT?''

Yoshio: ''Well in my defence....I was distracted''

Rinku: "BY WHAT??"

Yoshio: ''Well you see there was this dog riding on a horse with boots on''

Rinku: ''That sounds made up''

Yoshio: ''Well how would you know...YOU'RE BLIND''

Tomoki: ''Okay that's enough,please if we some how miraculously find this person.What are we going to do when we arrive at Higher palace?''

Yoshio: ''That's a problem..We are currently outnumbered.We don't know who or what we are facing and right now I don't know if we can beat whatever we face in our current form''

Rinku:' ''Why don't we ask the town's people to join us''

Tomoki: ''No that's suicide for them.We can't expect them to put their lives on the line just so we have better odds and beside they must be willing to do this.''
''They lack the fighting experience.It's better to find a person who is driven by the same goal as us''

Rinku: ''THERE IS NO TIME.WE DON'T KNOW WHAT IS CURRENTLY HAPPENING TO YOSHIO'S MUM AND MY LOVER.WE DON'T KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO FIND THAT PERSON''

Tomoki: ''SO YOU ARE JUST OKAY WITH ALLOWING INNOCENT PEOPLE TO DIE JUST TO SAVE YOUR LOVER?? IS THAT IT?? ''

*Rinku points his shotgun at Tomoki*

*Tomoki draws his sword ready to attack Rinku*

Yoshio: ''BOTH OF YOU STOP IT RIGHT NOW.FIGHTING EACH OTHER IS NOT GOING TO GET YOU ANYWHERE.''
''Look Rinku..Tomoki is right,we can't put innocent people's lives on the line just to save 2 people and Rinku is right Tomoki..We are running out of time.''
''However more people does not guarantee a win.''
''Whoever this person is must know what is in Higher Palace.If he or she tells us what to expect,we can devise a plan and somehow make it work''

Tomoki: "Yoshio that is too risky.This plan has alot of ifs and I'm not so confident in it''

Yoshio: ''Where is your faith Tomoki?? Do you think people make it in life become someone just by playing it safe and waiting for the right moment? NO!! They make the right moment and that is what we are going to do.I don't care how long it takes,if I believe it will work then I will follow my gut.If it fails me then I only let myself down but I will never know if I don't make a move''

Tomoki: ''You are one crazy man Yoshio.Guess I have no choice.I'll follow you even if it means death''

Rinku: ''You guys are both idiots but if it means saving my lover,I don't mind losing a face or an eye''
''Since we are going to the Westwind,we should explore the dark side of the town.One of those people have to know where Higher Palace is''

Yoshio: "That's true but we can't just go around asking anyone.We have to be on our guard.''
''We don't know who is watching us...''

* On a cliff directly in front of the Western Rebel's house,a hooded figure watches them from afar *

It is currently midnight,the Western Rebels are out cold when suddenly their door opens.Multiple black figures start opening their bags and are stealing their belongings WHEN ALL OF A SUDDEN all 3 of them wake up to the sounds.They try and look around in the dark but have been knocked out unconscious....
