PART II : Still The Soul Sings - Dedication

Well, this isn't how I wanted to be unveiling Part II, but the universe had other things in mind. If you come to this story down the road, the context is that I was a finalist in a major competition with Part I. And after a lifetime of not quite making it as a creative, I dared to dream that maybe this would be the moment I finally did. It would have been very poetic, especially since Sayane's journey was very much influenced by my myriad shortcomings as an artist.

But that didn't happen.

Still, that doesn't mean I had any intention of stopping. Just like Sayane said in Part I, even if I watched all my dreams burn out, in the end, I'm still here.

Which, in the end, is even more fitting. Because Sayane’s story is about persevering and holding onto hope no matter what.
