Chapter 19

The shock of not having is best bud around him, not anymore, was as big as losing a family member. Who else was there with Rev to begin with, or to lead this to anything. In that terrible jolt of reality, Rev needed something more that the floor to hold him. He was getting out of his head, maybe if something explodes in him, he can calm down. Bridget was quite concerned about Rev behavior. He looked a little messed up to her. Like how he was in the beginning of working here.

Rev looked for the gifts Dario brought him every year, which he never received with his own hands, but Dario had them placed in the lab, to add some color in Rev's life. The pieces were falling apart, "Dario, my dear friend." Umm, he exists though. But not made for lab in this version. In having shaken ground, Rev stepped on a glass tile, which got activated in red color. And because he was holding the table around himself and rampaging to look one sign of Dario, Rev clicked to be displayed as himself on Gianna's bot. Basically, the tab of light tile he stepped was the controller of Jiro, who reassembles Rev. Now that, he changed timeline. Gianna was off to go to her school. The mobile phone she had, like yesterday changed into a strap, which had all features as a phone, but in a hologramlike display. New panic immersed in Rev. If that strap comes this early in the her era, then it was the time after all sorts of surgery and operations Gianna had after her accident. 

Rev lost it. Just because Gianna didn't her bot activated she couldn't see what was Rev doing. He had the whole place flipped and shattered into pieces. Bridget was trying to hold Rev to calm him, in a patient way, because he had thrown quite tantrum, at least in this version. Bridget was always able to calm him. 

To brief you on the Bridget situation, Rev had Bridget as his lab partner for 5-6 years. She was specially assigned to Rev, because there are few body and facial features resemblance to Gianna. In Rev's version he exposed Bridget's plan to deceive him, and force herself onto him, which she claimed was not her intention but there were evidence to prove her wrong ways to interfere with his plans. And the version here is; from Bridget point of view. She willing signed up to be part of his past stalker project, because of her expertise. She came in as a good person by heart. Not assigned but co-partnered this herself. In this all way around she had seen Rev to make something impossible: possible. She left him unguarded and he would bring magical transformation in the stalker project. The way to connect the devices was the same. The motive was the same. This version had more accomplishments under his name. But the stupid gifts, the stupidest person wasn't here. How can Rev take this in?

Why does this feels like orchestrated? Everything? Each one of this movement was like a flow of water, shaped by someone else. 

"Rev? Rev? You there? Can you hear me? God this twice this week. Do have any idea how much it look the robots to clean. Not with why are we doing this and that. But to add a unknown person to this list. I'm thinking of quitting this. You are driving me insane. I told you last time to check you brain cells count. Dude, you wired the buttons of what? You are losing one sane reason now." Awfully enough but Bridget style of speaking had a Dario style this version.

'Check my brain cells? They can do that in this universe.' Fool Rev was concerning things that were not really the thought of the moment. Shaking Bridget's words off, "Leave then. Leave before I become a threat for you." Rev thought good riddance. 

But Bridget had heard this a quite hundred times now. And most of time it Rev itself begging her to handle just something small, to turn into a 12 wheeler truck size. It it was possible it would be good riddance for Bridget here.

"Then how does the matching and coding to re-trace your movements to Jiro, and how are you going to connect between the year when Gianna was supposed to be injured from the fall. You said it was just a week work. I'm doing this sh*t for years now." Bridget was on a worse mood herself. To baby an oldie, ugh, and then too be his only friend in the whole lab was enough.

"Fall? She falls on the rod this time too?" Rev focusing on something crucial for once. "Rod? Which Rod? We had glass Rev. *hesitating* It was the stupid of her boyfriend who couldn't save her from falling onto a shred of a sharp edge of glass." Why would someone like to speak about a deceased person like 'wow so this happened', to add that Gianna's life changed too. Rev noticed the time he had to cover as for Gianna's lifetime was quite year addition to his last version.

Gianna lived longer in this version? Or was there something more in the recording that made Rev to discover about how to save Gianna? 

Rev acted quite silent about what Bridget said. Aside from different ways operation, of course Rev can handle everything on this own. He left Bridget leave the lab, monitored the whole timeline of Gianna. She died in this version because she was treated but malfunctioning robot doctors. The shreds didn't came out clean out of Gianna's backbone. The jerk of boyfriend didn't made this mistake by himself, it was an accident. And there was cure every disease in this version, all type of cancer too, maybe not completely effective but yeah, it existed. Now when the cure was there the cause changed.  

From all the project's overall review, Gianna is yet to be injured. The progress is quite better than the last one. And no Dario as scientist, or lab rat. Rev was getting ready to let his tears flow o-

"Jiro? You look old. And ugly too. Wow, so this the human version of you, maybe I clicked on aging property. But I feel like I have seen you somewhere!"
