A Painful Citywide Choice

Because of the unexpected brave actions of a young teenage female onlooker named Niki, the heat begins to drop on the Jester Sisters and Lava-Blade like a ton of bricks. With barely any options left, the Jester Sisters pull out a massive bluff by seemingly planting bombs all over random parts of the city, including law-enforcement facilities, forcing the civilians to seemingly flee the city, only for it to be ruse, as the civilians and the prisoners are now being put in a life or death situation with live bombs being implanted into each escape boat that the passengers are on. Meanwhile, Aurora Star-Flash slowly closes in on the four for a final confrontation while trying to save multiple civilians held hostage at gunpoint, along with Niki herself. Will she, along with the Teen Sleuths be able to stop the chaos and save the city from itself by taking the four down once and for all?
