meet the bloodbriars
We leave quietly.
The twins walk beside me.
“…You’re INfamous now,” Hades says.
“…Not interested,” I reply.
“…Still cool,” Peresphone adds.
Diana slips her hand into mine.
“…You did well,” she says softly.
“…They did well,” I reply.
She hums.
“…You’re allowed to be appreciated, you know.”
Pause.
“…I know.”
And for once—
I don’t retreat from it.
I just… exist in it.
Quietly.
Like I always have.
But no longer invisible.
