na had stayed up late playing a horror visual novel the night before. Obsessed with protecting the shy bishie protagonist, she was inspired.

The next evening, she orchestrated a “fear experiment” for the twins: a mock haunted house in the gothic manor. Candles flickered, shadows lurked, and eerie noises echoed.

Beckett observed from the corner, mask on, gloves tight, quietly approving.

The twins reacted stoically at first, then unleashed clever tricks—mimicking human gullibility—while Diana coached them with playful dominance.

By the end, everyone was laughing in relief. Diana leaned against Beckett, tugging lightly at his scarf, whispering:

“See? Even fear can be controlled… if you know how.”
