01: The weakest of all 6
Death's Kid Death Bound
"You are nothing but a mere disappointment. I, the king of all living creatures on this world, will never accept a lower demon like you as my son. Now go and never let me see your face ever again."
The demon king's voice was still echoing in my ears and head again and again. Even though what he said actually hurts me, I followed his command and left the demon king's palace at once. I will never return there ever again.
From when I could remember, everybody treated me like an animal. Even the maids were mad. Neither did they want to do anything for me, nor did they even want to look at me. Their eyes were always filled with hate. Their actions were full of anger. They never wanted to serve me, but commands are commands.
Haahh~ I don't wanna talk about it. I will now just move forward. Letting my past behind and never looking back. From now on. I will show the world who is the most feared monster of all time. I will rule the races. I will be king. I will defeat every single one.
Just wait for me, father... My story just began.

The sunshine was bright and woke me up. What a strange dream.
When I thought about it, I just wanna dig my head somewhere and die alone. That was embarrassing. I hoped nobody just read my dream.
The sun rose high, and it felt hot on my face. The house in midden of nowhere gave me shelter, but it was nothing but an abandoned building. I wondered why it still even stood here. No windows left. Big and small holes were everywhere in the ceiling, and a wall was completely missing. In the middle of the one-room house was a fireplace that seemed to be used from time to time by adventurers who were looking for shelters like mine. The only difference between them and me was that they didn't plan to stay long, as they probably stood for some days.
I planned to live here until I had my own castle to show my dominance over my father and brothers.
Time to get active. The first thing to do was food.
Since I couldn't fight or use magic, I needed to find easier things to eat. I know I am disappointed in myself either.
After leaving the ruin, I found myself in a forest full of... trees. And I immediately knew something. When I turned around, sometimes. I saw it. I was lost. Going there and here. Moving around. Looking for my way back. Searching in the bushes for berries. Digging holes for no reason. Tried to climb up a tree to have a high ground to search. Nothing... NOTHING. I was disappointed in myself once again. I couldn't do anything. And now it was already getting dark. How was I supposed to survive? I had no surviving skill at all.
The moon was high on the dark night. Hungry, I walked around hoping to find anything to eat or someone to seek help. Dead. Not even a single animal was in sight. What the hell was going on? So I gave up and just let myself down on the floor starring in the beautiful night sky. Not a single cloud was covering the shining bright stars. Even though I was starving, my head and mind felt clear. I never looked at the sky. I never noticed its beauty. haah~
From the moment the memories about home returned. I was lying here peacefully... When was my life so peaceful like this moment... Suddenly, something jumped out of the bush in front of me. My body froze on instant. A human in armor stood there. It was heavenly injured. Its breath was loud and fast. I couldn't really see any more details. I just knew. I fucked up. With my body still frozen, I tried to talk to it. But I feared making it angry. Then it began itself:
"Are you a foe or a friend? Are you ready to help a knight like me? If not, then don't reach your hand for me, and I will move on. - If you wish to fight, I will draw my swords and end this fast-"
During its speech, it fell down before my feet. Was it... Was it dead? I carefully stood up and went slowly to it. Then I realized. It was a she with big boobs. She was a knight... with big boobs. Her half helmet only covered everything over her mouth. Her hair was braided left and right. And her armor plate didn't really hide her big boobs.
To prove if she's alive, I poked her cheek and then held my finger under her nose. Well, at least she was breathing, but slowly and shallow. What should I do? I couldn't help her at all. Neither could I heal nor take her to the next village since I was lost myself.
Don't worry. I'm not dead. Yet- A voice appeared in my head. Instead of looking around, I immediately knew whose voice it was. So I tilted my head down to her and whispered:
"What shall I do?"
Suddenly, another knight appeared out of the bush. This one was another- He was clearly surrounded by murder lust. Ready to eliminate any life forms in his way. Just an eye blink, the knights' form disappeared, and from one moment to another, a blade was touching my throat slightly. I could not move.
"Tell me. Who are you?' A deep masculine voice rang out, the noise filling my head like a bell. "You look human, but reek of a demon. You certainly don't seem like a demon hunter, nor are you a knight. It certainly wouldn't make sense for a talentless thing like you to be here. How was it possible that you survived until now? Why did Letizia choose you?" What. Who was Letizia? And what did he mean by I shouldn't be here. It's awfully peaceful here. With fear in my face, I slowly slid backwards. "I- I just looking for- for food- and got l-lost." Wow. Great. Why am I so scared? The knight was clearly confused, but then just shook his head and tilted his head to have a good look on female knight.
"C'Mon, Letizia. Wake up-" When I tried to stand up and run away, I noticed we were surrounded by multiple other knights, so... I just stayed at my place silently and watched them talk. Then something caught my eye... something glowing under her body. She was trying to hide it from the knight. With the belly on the floor, she could hide everything below her. But I saw it. I can-
Suddenly, I caught myself moving towards her, reaching my right hand... I twitched for a moment, then heard a voice:
Go on. Don't stop. Touch it.
With those words, my body reacted by itself, and the other knight called: "Hey! What are you-"
My legs pushed me forward with a dash so I could touch the glowing thing. Then everything went dark. What is... happening?
I could still feel my eyes open. I could still feel a breeze. But everything was covered in darkness.

Akeru... A soft female voice was whispering my name. It's far and silent... Akeru!
Then my eyes opened. Opened? What but? My eyes were never closed?? I stood on a flying round platform made out of wood. Below it, there was nothing but darkness... wait. No. There were... stars. I was in the sky!
"Akeru. Welcome to my temporary realm", a woman talked to me softly... again.
I got a cold shiver down the back. The massive amount of warmth and safety from her voice was just something I had never felt before.
Carefully, I turned to her. Then my eyes rose wide open. A beautiful woman with white hair and red like blood eyes was standing in front of me. She was tall. Way taller than my father ( He IS really tall ) or me. Her clothes were incredibly beautiful. A dress with transparent parts- I must be dreaming... wait. I was dreaming! For sure!
In disbelief, I punched myself in the face. I didn't feel hurt! I was in a dream! I knew it! The woman started to giggle. "You are really as funny as I could remember."
I was confused. "What- What do you mean?" Then, from one moment to another, she changed her expression. Serious. Even though the woman was so beautiful. Nothing in my body reacted to her... but- why? Somehow I felt so... nostalgic? no. I- I don't know.
"You are here because Letizia has chosen you. You are here, because we have decided to give you a 2nd chance-" "The only chance you will get", Letizia walked out from the woman's back. "I have chosen you, Akeru. I saw a fire in you. I saw white, black, red, and purple. I saw you change the future." Confusingly, I began to think. What? What what what? Something is wrong. Something is definitely wrong. My head-
Then a picture appeared in my head. I saw myself sitting on a throne and next to me... was Letizia-
My head felt like it was about to explode, then Letizia grabbed my head.
"Calm down." As I heard her voice speaking down to me, the pain was gone, and so was the image in my head.
So I lifted my head and saw her smiling, while tears were running down her cheeks.
"Let's bind. Once again, Akeru. The goddess has recovered your most significant power. So let's go on an adventure about life and death... Once again..."
I could only stare at her beautiful smile. Then she hugged me tightly... "Next time we will talk again about the details... for now. Enjoy- Enjoy every second." And once again... Everything darkened, and my eyes closed...

I woke up pinned on the floor with some swords stuck in my legs and arms, and one in my stomach. The pain is nothing compared to my father's teaching hours. My head was getting pulled higher up to see how the knight before executed Letizia in front of my eyes.
Her head rolled to me-
My heart started pounding fast, and anger and sadness spread in me. But- why? I don't know her- Or... do I?
I tried to free myself from the swords, but I couldn't. I was too powerless.
The knight who was pulling my head talked to me: "Don't worry. You will get her back after we have our fun. HAHAHAHAHA"
The knight who executed her spread his arms and looked to the moon with a wide smile. "Oh- We did it! We- We finally killed the whole PHOENIX clan! HAHAHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAh" All the knights followed his laughing....
Close your eyes. Calm yourself. And think about her- What. Do. You. See.
I followed what the voice told me. And imagined a little Letizia dancing and singing in a wide field of crops. Her smile was so... happy. Not like the one when we were on that platform. Akeru. Protect her with your life.
A deep male voice behind me was saying it as if... as if this were a memory. My memory-
