But how can you be certain? You aren’t watching me twenty-four seven. You don’t have any spyware installed on my computer.

You can use an AI checker. You can infer the text by looking at the mistakes and tell that it is AI-written or AI-edited. But what if I have edited those parts out? How would you know unless you have the entire history of my document? Even then, maybe I put the AI text in another document and pretend to write the story by slowly copying it bit by bit, adding chunks of false temporary mistakes and lesser writings, so I could pretend to change it and edit it.

It doesn’t even have to be me doing this. This process can be entirely automated.

Maybe even this prologue was written entirely by AI.
