Crownshadow

When the room is pitch dark, do you see two glowing red eyes and the silhouette of a man in a cloak and horned crown? That, is Crownshadow.

Crownshadow is a menacing specter that relishes in staring you down. Should you duck under the covers, he'll kneel before the side of your bed, chuckling in delight before vanishing seconds later. However, should you summon bravery and stare back at him, he'll stay still for a few good minutes before finally crossing his arms, nodding, and vanishing.

He'll only appear if the room truly is pitch black. Any hint of light, and he won't show up. He'll also vanish at the first sight of light, even if it's moonlight. Thus, you'll want to keep your blinds shut and your nightlight off in order to see him.
