Oneshot

- PART 1 -

Reaility as we know is divided into two realms: REALIDADE the realm were stories, myths and legends are born, in this realm no one has powers and monsters do not exist and FANTASIA the fantastical realm were every story born in REALIDADE is alive, a realm were everyone has powers and special abilities, a realm were fighting or joining monsters is part of your everyday life.

In between those two realms exists a void that works as a passageway, it is believed that the space in between of those realms was once the home of a ancient civilization that pre-dates all other universes, no one was ever able to confirm that, due to the huge scope of this space, some realities in FANTASIA usually task themselves with investigating the void in search of strange energy readings and phenomena that might be a threat to them.

In the midst of this vast emptiness, it was possible to see a distant silhouette of a person flying in the void, this silhouette belonged to a young man, he was tall, around thirty years of age, had black hair and the most distinguishing feature of his was the fact that he was always wearing a long cape around his body, under it he had one of his arms bandaged and immobilized, he answered by the name of Daniel or Dash to those who're more intimate, he belonged to a organiztion called The Association of Heroes, after a long war in his home world Dash decided to exile himself from his family and friends, he saw that as a form of redemption due to the guilt he felt for fighting against them and being the main reason for that war, after his loss he was exiled for a while, after one of his friends managed to get him pardoned for his crimes by stating the important role he had played to end the war, for everyone else his exile was over, but, not for him, he couldn't forgive himself for what he did, so as a form of atonement he decided to go traveling around the world and between dimensions in search of anything that poses as a threat to his home, his friends and his family, this time his travels brought him to the void inbetween the two realms:

Dash (mind): so far so good, nothing irregular here just the same emptiness as ever, i guess i should see the fact that i haven't found anything so far as something good, but, i can't shake this weird feeling of uneaseness in my chest, especially when.......wait what is this floating around here?

The once empty space was now being filled with a lot of mysterious debris and rubble:

Dash (mind): where... did those come from?

As the young man flew closer he noticed that the debris once belonged to a old building:

Dash (mind): are those castle walls?

After a brief inspection of the piece of debris he had found, Dash decided to go further into the void, as he advances little by little more and more rubble started to appear seemingly out of nowhere, but those weren't the only things floating in the space, there were some pieces of furniture  like: chairs, tables, even beds, whatever building was here before one thing is for sure, there was people living in here, during his flight certain thoughts fly through his head:

Dash (mind): hm, i must be getting closer, i wonder if this weird signature is related to the Origin.

The Origin, an ancient being that is said to be made of pure darkness, from inside of this being creatures are born, those creatures are the manifestation of a person's darkest thoughts and emotions, those creatures are knowm as Shadows, those creatures are known pests that infest Dash's home dimension as well some other worlds that he and his friends have visited so far, Dash's only learned of the existence fo this being after reading about it in a place called the Great Atlas, an ancient library that held knowledge about all kinds of ancient beings and civilizations from his world.

Dash (mind): thinking about it won't change anything, the only way to know is by going there and check on it.... i hope i can finish this quickly, the provisional hero license exam will begin soon and i promised my son and my wife i would be there to watch him... (sigh) i should not lose focus right now, after all i can sense it, i'm getting closer.

Not long after that he have arrived to his destination, he could not believe what he saw, six floating cities, in the middle of it all a golden gate, at the top of the gate a mask, half of it's face was the mask of tragedy and the other half the mask of comedy, the gate was sealed by chains that were extending from within the cities, Dash was flying over one of the cities when he had noticed something rather odd, there was a man at the top of one of the buildings in the city playing a song on his lyre.

- PART 2 -

Two hours before Dash's arrival

On the other side of the void, another man was traveling, this other traveler was an adult man on his fourties, he had blonde hair and a beard, he was also wearing a greenish blue gambeson, his name was Aggel, Aggel has just arrived in the six cities, after a brief look of his surroundings, Aggel sighs:

Aggel: (sigh)... i need to take a better look around this place, i guess i have no choice.

Aggel then extends his right arm in front of his body and then says:

Aggel: Manifest Gabriel!!

Suddenly the ring on his ring finger starts glowing and then out of it appears a creature with mechanical features, his body seemed to be made out of a golden armor, this creature's name is Gabriel.

Gabriel: it is rare for you to manifest me like this Aggel, what is your need?

Gabriel's voice had a robotic tone to it, not only that but you could not detect any traces of emotions on his voice, Aggel rarely brought Gabriel out in the open like this and the two of them knew that, Aggel upon hearing his friend's question nervously says:

Aggel: (nervous laughter), yeah, you're right, sorry about that, anyways, i brought you out to ask for your help to inspect this place thoroughly, can you help me?

Gabriel: acknowledged, i shall lend you my help.

Aggel: great! now let us-

Gabriel: however, considering the size of the city in question and the unknown dangers that lie within it, allow me to scout it alone at first.

Aggel: (pondering).....ok i'll let you do that, if you're in any kind of danger just disappear and return to me.

Gabriel: acknowledged.

Upon finishing this conversation Gabriel leave Aggel and starts to scout the city they are in, as for Aggel:

Aggel (mind): i guess i should wait for him somewhere.

Aggel then looks around to find a place that would make for a good rendezvous point, sadly, after a while looking around he could only find seemgly empty buildings on his surroundings, Aggel then gives a resigned sigh and leaps high into the air landing at the top of the nearest building:

Aggel (mind): what should i do to pass the time? Wait, if i'm not mistaken.

Aggel then manifest into his hands a golden lyre:

Aggel: good, so i did bring it with me.

He then star inspecting his lyre, as he looks at it his mind then wander off to his old home, he was sitting by the veranda playing a song in his lyre, when a small blonde girl appeared beside him, she was smilling happily saying that she loved the songs Aggel plays on his lyre, she asked him to play her favourite tune, Aggel then smiles and complies, as he was playing his song the little girl then started to sing along, Aggel then comes back to reality, as he looked to his lyre a smile then formed on his lips:

Aggel: it is still hard for me to see her again, but, when i get back home i would like to play to her her favourite song again.

Present time

Dash (mind): is that a human man? I thought this part of the void was empty, is he a local or is he like me?

At first Aggel didn't notice Dash right away, but, after a few minutes he felt someone watching him, he then turned his head upwards, a gasp escaped  his lips, he couldn't believe that there was someone else in here:

Aggel: hello there, are you a local?

Dash was caught off guard by the sudden greeting:

Dash:..... no, i'm from somewhere else, judging by the question you asked, is it safe to assume that you're not from around here either?

Aggel: bingo, i was sent here by the guild to investigate a strange energy signal.

Dash (mind): the guild? So he is here for the same reason as me.

Dash then smoothly lands in front of Aggel, Aggel then approaches Dash and extends his hand towards him:

Aggel: nice to meet you my name is Aggel, and you are?

Dash then stare at Aggel's hand not extending his own:

Dash: aren't you being careless right now? For all you know i could be a murderer just waiting for you to get closer.

Aggel: true, but, there are two reasons that i know you will not harm me.

Dash: oh yeah?

Aggel: first, a murderer wouldn't ask me if i was being careless.

Dash: that doesn't prove anything i might just be a cunning individual.

Aggel: heh, ok you got me there, and second, i can detect a person's true nature just by looking at them.

Dash:..... how can i know that you don't want to harm me?

Aggel: heheh, trust me, if i wanted to kill you, i would have already attacked, so what's your name?

Dash: (resigned sigh)... my name is Daniel Slayer, but everyone calls me Dash.

Dash them shakes Aggel's hand a small smile forming on his lips.

Aggel: it's a pleasure to meet you.

- Part 3 -

Dash carefully and meticulously inspects a piece of paper on his hand, this paper was given to him by Aggel:

Powers: Holy elemental manipulation
Description: Aggel has complete control over six elements, air, water, fire, earth, shadow and light, when Revealed his wand that usualy has the shape of a wedding ring becomes a sword in which he can focus his elemental powers on, his wand can manifest taking the shape of a golden life form that looks like a robot, once awekened his wand extends to his body becoming a full set of armor with angel or devil wings on his back giving him the power of flight and his sword bursts into holy flames.
Reveal/Manifest: Gabriel.
Awakening: Archangel Gabriel.

Dash (mind): a guild card huh, it seems it's made of a special material that detects changes on it's owner and updates itself as well, kind like my hero's license.

Aggel was also inspecting a paper given to him by Dash:

Description: Dash's clan has complete control over all of nature's elements, they don't just manipulate them however, there are some rare cases they can change their bodies entirely into any of these elements, one ability unique to the slayer clan is the ability to  turn their eyes golden, this power is called nature's eye, those eye's can perceive the flow of any energy they see and copy any technique they see at same time as his opponent conjure it, Dash has the evolved form of this eye on his left eye, that form unlocks some new powers like, creating a armor made of all four elements, creating golden inextinguishable flames and cast people into illusions of his creation, his right eye has a power gained in the war, it can open inter-dimentional portals, control gravity and enhance his body by absorbing all kinds of energy, when his left arm is unwrapped his true power is unleashed, the Dark Matter mode, in this form  besides gaining a power boost, it allows Dash to launch beams of dark matter that desintegrate normal matter, it also work as a barrier around his body, destroying anything that touches him.
Weapon: Four Sentient Swords named: Vento, Água, Terra e Chama
Gun: Elemental Shotgun.

Aggel (mind): Hero's license ey, so he is a hero?

Aggel and Dash (minds): still, why does he have almost the same abilities as me?

Dash (mind): only diference being he controls light and darkness.

Aggel (mind): he controls GRAVITY ?!!!

The two warriors then return their cards to their respective owners:

Dash: ok, for now i can see you're not an enemy, but, if you're here in search for that strange energy signature, why were you sitting atop of this building playing a lyre?

Aggel: oh, i was waiting for him to come back.

Dash: him?

As if he was listening to the whole conversation Gabriel drop from the sky returning at last:

Aggel: welcome back.

Gabriel: i have returned.

Aggel: Dash, allow me to introduce you this is Gabriel he is.....

Dash: the manifestation of your power given a humanoid form.

Aggel: oh, so you're a Force User as well?

Dash: yes, Manifest Vento, Água and Chama.

From behind Dash's back manifested three huge humanoid creatures, all of them were similar to big muscular bald man, there was a green one, his name was Vento the wind sword, the blue one Água the water sword and lastly the red one Chama the flame sword.

Aggel: (whistle)~ yours are huge, but if you control all four elements where is your earth sword?

Dash: i gave it to my son back home.

Vento: Terra was always the most caring one of us all.

Chama: after a brief discussion we all agreed he would be the kid's best initial partner.

Água: not mention he was always the kid's favourite.

Aggel: oh so you're also a father?

Dash: also?

Aggel: yeah, i have a daughter back home, if i'm not mistaken she will be nineteen next month isn't that right Gabriel?

Gabriel: affirmative.

Aggel: so how old is you son?

Dash:..... ten.

Aggel: cool, how is-

Gabriel: Master, i don't think we should keep wasting our time like this.

Aggel: oh, sorry, so what did you find?

Gabriel then proceeds to tell them what he had saw:

Gabriel: the city as a whole is completely empty, as in there are no signs of any life form anywhere, the strange part is that it seems that whoever inhabited those houses and buildings left leaving everything they had behind.

Aggel: what do you mean by that?

Gabriel: all the houses where left as they were, no signs of a commotion, no broken furniture, nothing.

Dash: so, you're saying that they probably dissapeared into thin air?

Gabriel: Affirmative, i also have found at the center of the city a temple with fire symbols drawn on them, there was also two statues inside of it, one statue of a knight and one statue of a dragon.

Aggel: hm, do you think those were the deities worshiped in the temple?

Dash: probably, i suppose that the other five cities have similar temples in them.

Gabriel: Affirmative, i also have found some drawings in the temple's walls.

Dash: drawings? Of what?

Gabriel: the drawings were too worn out.

Aggel: i see, so this basically means that we got no clues as to what they mean, (sigh) anyway, did you found some sort of clue about the energy signature?

Gabriel: affirmative, i discovered that the energy signature is coming from inside the temple, i also observed that at the top of the temple there was a chain that ran all the way to the gate in the center of the cities, i also saw that the other cities had similar chains coming out of them.

As he was listening to this Dash was pondering something on his head about all this information, he them looks at Gabriel:

Dash: can you take us to the temple of this city?

Gabriel: affirmative i can, but what for?

Dash: i think i can decipher those drawings in the walls.

Aggel: how?

Dash: my eye can perceive the flow of energy, whenever someone creates something, this person leaves a faint trace of that energy behind, if those drawings were made by a living organism i can probably make out what they are.

Gabriel: acknowledged, i shall guide you there.

Aggel: ok, let's go them.

After saying that, Aggel and the group began walking through the city with the temple as their goal, as they walk Aggel approaches Dash and ask him:

Aggel: so, about your son...

Dash: what about him?

Aggel: nothing, i just noticed that when you talked about him you seemed sad and i was wondering why.

Dash: (deep sigh), i.... when i was a kid my older brother killed every member of my clan including our parents, i was the only one left alive, for years i hated him, that hatred made me push away all of my friends, my best friend who was like a brother to me and the girl i loved.

Aggel's eyes widenned as he was listening to Dash's story, but, in his mind only poped one question:

Aggel: that's horrible, but why did your brother did that?

Dash: when we met again, i was told that he had to make a choice, either he let the clan live and everyone else in the city we grew up die or kill the whole clan to protect the city.

Aggel: i see, but still, what does this have to do with what i asked you?

Dash: upon learning all of this my hatred was directed to the city were we lived and everyone that lived there, this hatred was used as a cataclysm to start a war, after learning more about what a hero is and why they the cities i joined my old friends in the war, after it i decided to exile myself out of guilt, after having my son i spend most of his life away from home, until recently i met him again, but in the worst way possible.

Aggel: what happened?

Dash: i almos killed him, because i couldn't recognize him.

Aggel's eyes widened again, but, this time he took a deep breath and started talking:

Aggel: i see, so basically, the guilt of what you done weighs on your mind, but, i'm pretty sure he forgave you for that, so why don't you forgive yourself?

Dash: because what i did was unforgivable.

Aggel: says who?

Dash couldn't believe his ears, his mind was flooded with several thoughts on his mind, but, at the time he could only let out the following:

Dash: what are you talking about? Didn't you hear me?!!! I just told you i almost killed my son!!!

Aggel: yeah, i heard you, but, let me ask you this, does blaming yourself resolve the problem?

Dash: (surprised), no, it does not but-

Aggel: them why are you wasting your time with those useless thoughts? Let me tell you this, not long ago i was feeling the same as you, sure i didn't almost kill my daughter, but, i might as well might have.

Dash: what?

Aggel: i might not have attacked her like you did to your son, but, instead i dumped a huge burden on her shoulders.

Aggel then looks at the sky and let's out a heavy sigh, after he composed himself, he continued speaking:

Aggel: i passed onto her my former title as one of the seven daggers, which means that i basically put a target on her back.

Aggel them looks at his trembling hands:

Aggel: when i realized what i have done i felt so guilty, after that i begged her to leave, but, she wouldn't listen to me.

He them clenched his fist a smile forming on his lips:

Aggel: one day my wife saw me moping around, she asked me what was wrong, after i told her what happened and what i felt she said the following: " and you think that by not forgiving yourself you will resolve the problem? Nothing will change until you forgive yourself."

Dash: wise words.

Aggel: she is a wise woman, anyway, after that i started to accept that the mistake was already made, all i could do now is move foward, because there is nothing for me back in the past anymore.

Dash: so what you're trying to say is...

Aggel: you can only move foward if you stop looking back, i know it's not an easy task, but it is worth it.

Gabriel: we're here.

- Part 4 -

Before them stood a massive building, the entrace had a huge door with a flame symbol drawn on it, as the group entered the temple they could see that all the walls had a fire motive to them, as Dash looked at the walls with his nature eyes he could see that he was able to understand all of the ancient drawings:

Água: so? can you read them?

Asked Água as he stood behind Dash who was looking at the wall.

Dash: yes, i can see the images but....

Chama: but what?

Dash: i am incapable of telling you what they all mean.

Vento: in this case tell us what you are capable of deciphiring and we might as well help put the pieces togheter.

Dash: right, let's see.

Dash then told them the following: ''it seems that long ago this place was an old kingdom, at the throne there were two kings, a golden king whose light shone bright enough to iluminate the skies forming daytime in this part of reality, the other king had a black aura around his body, it was so strong that enveloped the sky creating this place's equivalent of nightime, the kings had their own peronal bodyguards a group of twelve formed by six knights and six dragons each ruling over the elements of fire, earth, air, water, light and darkness, under the twin kings this kingdom would prosper for years to come."

Aggel: that's the whole story? there's nothing else in there?

Dash: so far this is all the story that was written by those drawings.

Gabriel: so, there is no information about what made this civilazation collapse?

Água: that seems to be the case.

Vento: i wonder if all the other temples would have any additional information.

Chama: the only way to know is by going in there, but before that we should look around to see if we can find the source of the signal first.

All of them nod agreeing on doing that, as they walk through the temple's corridors the group found a huge door locked, one would assume that this was the main room of the temple, upon looking at the door Dash notices that there was something written on it:

Dash: "the greatest comedy of all is the tragedy we call reality".

Suddenly the door starts to shake violently, it then starts to slide upwards leaving the room that was once locked totally open, the group look at each other with a worried look on their faces, Gabriel, Vento, Água and Chama decide to go back to their original forms as if they were preparing for battle, Aggel and Dash then begin to carefully walk inside the room, they were in high alert, preparing themselves for anything that might happen.

After a while walking in a straight line the two warriors enter the main room, at the center of the room there was a throne and sitting on it a knight wearing a red suit of armor, the knight looked like he was waiting for someone to enter this room, Dash and Aggel then begin to slowly approach the knight, but, they are suddenly stopped by the sudden moviment of the knight's head, he them starts to speak his voice had a fiery and wild but imposing tone:

Red Knight: who goes there?

Aggel: isn't that one of the knights in the murals that you just read about?

Dash: it seems so.

Dash and Aggel were in shock, why you ask? To put it simply not only they found a living resident of a once dead civilization, but, this same resident is also:

Dash: he is the source of the signal we have been picking up so far.

Aggel: (pondering)... HEY YOU!!!

Red Knight: thou had spoketh with me?

Aggel: (to himself) oh wow he's one of those (to the knight) YES YOU, WE HAVE SOME QUESTIONS FOR YOU.

Red Knight: very well i shall answer all of them, if, the two of you can best me in a duel.

Aggel: WHAT? WHY DO WE HAVE TO FIGHT?

Red Knight: i have an inkling of what thou wants to know, but, this information cannot be passed to warriors of little might, therefore i needth to make an assessment of your capabilities.

Dash: understood.

Aggel: (surprised) are you sure about this? This seems unecessary.

Dash: yeah, it might be, but, it seems this is the only way to make him spill what he knows.

Aggel: (sigh) fine, (to the knight) WE ACCEPT YOUR TERMS!!

Red Knight: very well.

The Knight assumes a combat stance readying himself for a battle, Aggel and Dash follow suit putting their guards up.

The Knight is the first one to attack by launching at them a small fireball, Dash jumps out of it's way, but the ball starts to chase him throughout the room, meanwhile Aggel and the Knight engage in a fistfight, Aggel lunges at the Knight and delivers a punch straight to his face but the Knight stops the warriors fist by headbutting it, the Knight them proceeds do grab Aggel's arm and lands a knee strike on his abdomen, Aggel coughs up blood, the Knight take this chance and lands several punches into Aggel's face, as the Knight was about to finish Aggel Dash appears behind him, the Knight tries to reflexively kick Dash's stomach, but, he hits the air, because Dash had jumped out of the way creating an opening for Aggel to kick the knight towards the fireball that was chasing Dash, the two collide and the collision causes an explosion, Dash and Aggel take this chance to regroup:

Aggel: is it too optimistic to believe that was enough to defeat him?

Dash: is that a rethorical question?

From the smoke came out the Knight, holding a sword made of fire, due to the years of experience they had and the sheer number of the enemies they had fought Dash and Aggel weren't even surprised at this result.

Dash: i think we should also get serious, CHAMA, ÁGUA.

As he called their names, the two swords fly from behind Dash's back, the red one then assume it's humanoid form, on his hands he was wielding the blue sword:

Chama: argh, you're a slave driver you know that? You know i hate wielding Água like this.

Dash: stop complaining and focus.

Aggel then put his hand out and shouts:

Aggel: REVEAL GABRIEL.

A flash of light engulfs Aggel's body, when the light dims out a sword appears on his hand, the trio then assume their fighting stances and lunge at the Knight.

Aggel is the first one to strike lunging foward with his sword aiming at the Knight's chest, the Knight blocks this strike by using his sword to redirect Aggel's strike to the side, he then proceeds to swing his blade at Dash who was right behind Aggel, Dash blocks the attack with Vento and locks blades with the knight, Chama and Aggel appear right behind the Knight, the two then swing their blades at the him, he then kicks Dash in the stomach launching him into a wall, the knight then dodges the attack of the other two by ducking out of the way, he then spots a brief opening and hits both Aggel and Chama with a horizontal fire punch sending the two far away, Aggel and Chama land standing up, Chama then spits a fireball at the Knight, but, before the fireball could hit him the Knight snapped his fingers and the fireball then dissapeared, Chama could not believe his eyes:

Chama: wha-?!

Água: what happened just now?!!!

Chama: i think he burned my fire off.

Água: what??? How??? Did you shoot him a normal fireball instead of one made with elemental force?

Upon hearing this Aggel then raised his sword towards the sky, from which came a lightningbolt, he then launched said lightningbolt towards the Knight, who tried to snap his fingers at it like he did to the fireball, but, to the Knight's surprise the lightning was still there, before he could jump out of the way the attack hit it's mark hurting the Knight, Aggel then screams to Dash:

Aggel: THAT'S IT, HE IS VULNERABLE TO ATTACKS CONTAINING FORCE IN THEM!!!!!

Upon Hearing that Dash them uses the power of his right eye, Dash increased the gravity on the exact spot the Knight was standing on immobilizing him there, Dash then focused golden flames and lightning into his fist, the energy enveloped his whole arm and took the form of a tiger, Dash them appeared before the Knight and slammed his fist on his face.

Dash: True Tiger strike.

The impact caused an explosion that raised a huge cloud of dust, Dash was them launched toward were Aggel and Chama were.

Dash: Chama change back to sword form i'm gonna unwrap my left arm.

Chama: what? Is that even necessary? I think you got him this time.

Dash: no, at the last moment he raised his power even higher to burn away the gravity and block my fist with his fire sword.

Chama nods and transform into his sword from, Dash then starts to unwrap the bandages on his left arm, bellow the bandages it was revealed that Dash's left arm was enveloped in a weird and ethereal black substance, when Aggel saw that, a look of surprise came over his face:

Aggel: is that dark matter???

Dash: yeah, this is a part of the power belonging to my right eye, with it i can do this.

The dark matter started to envelop his body, at the same time Dash's three swords started floating in the air, the swords then started fusing with each other becoming a single black sword, the dark matter enveloping Dash's body started to concentrate around his head, taking over his hair, when Dash opened his eyes they were golden with crosses on the center of each one.

Dash: i call this form Dark Matter Mode, for obvious reasons.

Aggel: yeah pretty obvious, how long does it last?

Dash: not very long, we neet to finish this quickly.

Aggel: right, so i will also get serious.

Aggel then stabs his sword into the ground and shouts:

Aggel: AWAKEN ARCHANGEL GABRIEL!!!

A strong light envelops his body, when the light dims out it is revealed that, Aggels body was covered in a greenish blue armor with angel wings protuding from his back:

Aggel: Let's settle this!

As if answering to the power of his opponents the Knight explodes in flames with his red suit of armor changing color from the original deep red color to a extremely bright orange color:

Red Knight: overdrive.

The fighters then stare at each other for a brief moment before they lunge at each other, Dash is the first to make a move, he swings his sword horizontally towards the Knight who manifest another flame sword to block the attack, but, this time the  sword was enormous, Aggel then takes this chance to start delivering several piercing strikes towards the Knight who dodges the attack by jumping out of the way, Aggel the changes forms from his light form to his dark form, in his dark form Aggel then unleashes a torrent of dark energy towards the Knight, Dash does the same by unleashing a huge burst of dark matter at same time, the Knight then clasps his hands togheter and releases a gigantic beam of fire back at them, as the beams clash, neither side gives in, until, suddenly Dash appears behind the Knight to his surprise, the Knight look back at the ground and sees that somehow Dash was still down there:

Knight: how??

Dash: that is a clone, it is a technique i copied from a friend of mine, now.

Dash started to focus dark lightning and golden flames at his fist, the energy taking the form of a tiger, Dash then hits the Knight at point blank with his fist:

Dash: AWAKENED TIGER IMPACT!!!!!!

As a meteor falling from the sky Dash and the Knight hit the ground, a huge crater is then formed, from it emerges Dash victorious as the Knight layed down on the ground, his armor had turned back to it's original red color, after leaving the crater Dash sees Aggel siting on the ground tired, he no longer was wearing his armor:

Aggel: (pant) (pant) man, i'm way too tired, i guess i'm not as durable as i used to be (pant) (pant).

Dash: yeah, tell me about it.

The two then smile at each other, as Dash also end up sitting on the ground, his hair was turning back to it's normal color, and his swords ended up unfusing, from the crater emerged the Knight, all roughed up, but, still standing tall, the two then turned toward the Knight:

Aggel: well, we won.

Dash: that means you will answer our questions now, right?

Knight: of course, a knight never turn back on his word, so, what exactly thou wishes to know?

Dash: as you might have guessed we came here because of your signal, we want to know why you send it out in the first place? What is this place? And what exactly is sealed behind the gate?

Knight: very well, i shall answer thy inquiries, this is the primordial kingdom, known as the cradle of stories, i sent the signal to see if could gather allies to fight for our cause, for you see behind the gate lies-

The Knight is then suddenly stabbed in the back through the chest catching everyone present in the room by surprise, before anyone could say anything a mysterious female voice started speaking:

Mysterious female voice: that is quite enough, no one likes people who spoil the ending of a story.

Outside the temple several giant black knives appeared in the sky out of nowhere and soon they began descending towards the temple destroying it together with several of the surrounding city blocks, after the dust had settled a short-haired woman appeared  in front of all the rubble, she then started to look around and then smirks.

Mysterious woman: heh, it seems he saved them at the last moment, oh well, i'm pretty sure they won't be able to come back anyway.

She then starts to walk away dissapearing soon aftewards.

Meanwhile back at Aggel's home dimension a misterious portal opens in front of a massive building with a huge G on it's center and out of the portal Aggel comes flying hitting the ground all battered and bruised:

Aggel: (coff) am i..... back home? That Knight must have saved us, i hope Dash went back safely....ugh.

Aggel then faints in front of the building, from inside comes a person, the person then see Aggel lying there in the ground, the person tries to call him out, but they soon notice that he was out cold, so this person then calls out for help, out of the building came the employees to help them, Meanwhile back at Dash's home dimension Dash also came flying from inside a portal,  as he lies on the ground looking up Dash then notices that he was thrown into a place that is barely a day away from his hometown:

Dash: i see, so in the end he saved us.

Dash them stops to think about everything that happened until now, he them couldn't help but chuckle at all that happened:

Dash: that is going to be a pain to report, well looking at the bright side i guess i'll be home for my son's exam.

Dash them remenbers his conversation with Aggel and smiles:

Dash: i guess, there really isn't another way but foward huh, ok, i'll try it.

The young man them starts to lose conciousness, the two warriors have arrived safely but tired at home were they can finally rest a little until their next fight.
